We are from out of town, and this was our first Chicago style deep dish. It was so good! We also got garlic bread, fries and cakes and everything was great! I would definitely recommend Rosati’s.

Great takeout place for very good pizza. I only ever get the thin crust with sausage and from here, it’s amazing every time. The pizza is done quick and tastes so good. Just keep in mind, this is a takeout location only. There is no dine in area here.

Has to be one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. A simple return for an order that they messed up turns into harassment and bereavement by staff and a refusal to issue me a refund. Social skills of the staff is nonexistent and abrasively disrespectful. Rosatis Pizza corporate needs to investigate this place. The only thing worse than their treatment of loyal customers is the way they cook their ‘unique’ pizza. This used to be my favorite chain but I will never eat there again. I advise you to steer clear of THIS location as well.

We went here today, and I’ll be honest, I wasn’t excited. I had tried the Rosati’s in Lombard a few years ago and was NOT a fan. I was pleasantly surprised with this location though. The pizza was actually really good. I got the deal they have for a slice and a drink, and the slice was HUGE. It was literally like a quarter of a pizza, easily. It’s DEFINITELY worth it. I have to admit, my opinion on Rosati’s has changed for the better after today, and I’ll definitely be back soon.

The pizza was good but it was delivered cold almost two hours after I placed my order. I was told several times the driver would be there & then find out he was pulled over by police. Management did nothing to help.

Avoid this place terrible customer service. Had a pizza delivered when we opened it it had been turned upside down. Called them and ask for refund or a pizza in the future. Was told they won’t do that. Need to more customer friendly . DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

I say don’t unless you would like to be profiled. I called placed my order during my conversation on the phone I let the person taking the order know I had a coupon, he stated bring the coupon, when I arrived the person at the register told me that the coupon wasn’t their because of the hrs of operations on the back of course it isn’t on the back because of ads but the actual coupon was rosatis as I tried to explain he didn’t get it and told me he wouldn’t serve me because I challenged him, so I am done with them and will let all my friends and family know it’s a no for them and the woman that was that worked there said nothing, as customer service reps it is your job to know the ins and outs and provide the best service, Rosati you failed as your representative failed and I drove 25mins to get it and left with nothing

Ordered lasagna dinner, in meatballs you can literally taste breadcrumbs it’s all bread and meat no seasoning lasagna in flavor was meh doable, but I got like 3 or 4 raw onion rings that they we’re literally not cooked all the way through… naw I think rosati’s in this location ain’t the same no more I’m sorry…

Ridiculous. Will never order again. Placed an order through grub hub. Called restaurant 20 minutes after order should have been delivered. They said to give them 10 minutes, they only had one driver. Over an hour after my food should have been delivered, still nothing. Canceled my order and they didn’t really seem to care. Don’t take the order if you can’t make the delivery
