Ordered Deep dish pizza very light on the sauce with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. I should have looked at my order before getting home. With heart burn complications, I had to scrape off the top sauce and tomatoes. Other than that, Pizza was still good.

Today, April 8, 2023, I spent $60 worth of food. I have no issue with my Spanish speaking Brothers and sisters; however, they needed to use a cell phone to translate. My breaded mushrooms were soggy and overcooked. It looked like the grease needed to be changed. There was no one in the restaurant who could speak English. When I called it in someone took my order in English, but couldn’t be found in the store. I’ve been coming here for years with no problem. I won’t be back.

Walked in to place an order. Women came to counter and I began to order and she said “no. I don’t speak english” and I said “so can I order or what?” She then turned around in the back, talking in Spanish to another male co worker, came back took out her cell phone to translate in English to say “the boy who takes orders isn’t here right now.” Soooo what am I supposed to do with this information? I work in the same strip of this location, and there has been 3 other times me or my co worker go to simply get a soda, and they tell us they don’t speak English! They once called someone and had us speak the order into their phone?!. Been times I’m literally pointing to the soda I want behind the register and they still don’t understand. Please tell me how this makes any sense to allow people who don’t speak a single word of English ALONE in a food service establishment where you need to interact with people. Be aware…When you call to place an order over the phone, you are not speaking to an actual employee at the location, it takes you to a 3rd party where they take your order.

Besides the food being good, theirs not a lot to love. First, we were given someone else’s food, sorry Tim. Their is no dining space, although their are some uncomfortable seats with tables outside. The food, as I said before, is good. The topings, however, fall off the crust, making it a mess. It’s also more pricey, $8 for 6 small mozzarella sticks.

Good food, terrible management. Ordered pizza with some wings and noodles at 5:58 on a Friday night. Food was delivered at 8:25pm. I was told a 55 min wait when I ordered. Having experienced longer than told wait times at this location in the past, I called to check on delivery time at 6:30 and was told it should be about 7pm. Ok. Then at 7:10 I get a call that there’s only one delivery driver and it will be another 20-25 minutes. Very odd you didn’t know you were behind with just one driver when I called at 6:30, but ok. Then the delivery driver calls to say he’s just leaving at 8pm. Our house is 10 min away. Finally get the pizza at 825pm. Just be honest with your customers. We’ve had similar issues before, but never this bad. I would have picked it up myself if they had told me the truth either time they were on the phone with me. The pizza and wings were cold when they arrived. They over promise, under deliver, and flat out lie to the customer. Too bad this location has such bad management and the delivery driver ends up taking the brunt of it. You just lost a repeat customer and prob many others. Just be honest! Don’t lie to your customers.

Best pizza in the area. Really nice people too. Fantastic fresh mushroom 18″ thin crust cheese pizza. And here is a little insider tip, there is a great coupon on the flap of the pizza box. NO ONE in the area gives you the pizza of your dreams with EVERYTHING on it for 1/2 off. This is where you want to go for a pizza. Chase and crew will make your day 🙂

Disappointed tonight. The food was hot and fresh, but they got my order wrong. The guy at the desk couldn’t speak English which made the transaction difficult. The garlic bread, which I used to love, must have been sitting for a long time because it was dried out and crumbled when I tried to eat it. It also had so little garlic butter on it that it should have been simply called bread. My last gripe is that I ordered meatballs on my pasta and they shorted me the meatballs, as well as skimping on the baked cheese which used to be plentiful. Basically paid $16 for noodles and sauce. Lame. I guess we’re heading back to Calderone Club.
