Other than some confusion with our order, our food was ready and tasted good. The stuffed pizza is a lot like a calzone. I probably wouldn’t get the specialty white stuffed pizza again. It would be nice to have a garlic butter dipping sauce for the extra crust. The Caesar salad was fresh but a little lackluster. I’d eat there again for a good pizza

It’s not good. crust is well awful. sauce is ok..too much mutz though. Think of matzah bread with cheese and sauce on it.. that said this is only about the pizza..did not try anything else..Service was good, friendly..its just really bad pizza

We ordered two pizzas. One small deep dish and one medium thin crust. We received two deep dish pizzas…the medium one did not have the ingredients we ordered. We kept it because guests had already begun to eat before we became aware of the incorrect order and the delivery driver was ling gone. Both pizzas were good.

First time here. Carry-out, delivery and catering. Large delivery area for Ankeny and surrounding area. Reminds me of how Chuck’s pizza in Des Moines USED to taste like. Generous size pizza and salad. Onion rings a bit on the greasy side. Overall worth a second try.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but today was so out of the ordinary I felt obligated to post this. For lunch today, I decided on a 12 inch thin crust pizza that I ordered at the counter. While ordering, it was clear that the cashier was having a very bad day. As i waited for the next 30 minutes, she continued to yell/complain nonstop to anyone within earshot (only 3 of us in the store). Many of the comments were profane and directed toward management. I understood her frustration but it was wildly inappropriate. In her defense, she was the only person in the store taking/filling orders so maybe some help would have changed the experience. In the end, the pizza was good, not great, and the price was very reasonable. It may be a while before I return though.

I have never had Chicago Deep Dish before. If this is typical of what to expect, then I now understand the obsession. I ordered a medium for one, thinking half tonight, half tomorrow. I ate one piece and that was almost too much.

Just recently tried Rosati’s for the first time and it was so good! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I personally thought there were too many tomatoes/sauce on top and the crust was a little harder than I prefer for a deep dish. I will definitely be ordering again though! Loved the topping selections, too!

I don’t know what happened to this place but it is bad. When Rosati’s first opened my Chicago based husband and I were ecstatic. The food was good and we were happy to have a piece of home. The last 2 times we have ordered (in the last 2 years, after the first it took some time to go back) this has been the worst food I have ever had from a restaurant. The beef tastes like raw meat. It’s disgusting. Got a salad and they left the sticker on my apple and the gorgonzola would have broken my teeth if I would have eaten it. It was green and hard and wouldn’t give between my fingers. The sauce on the stuffed pizza was like tomato paste. The manager Bernardo was extremely accommodating and the only reason for the extra star. He refunded our money no argument.
