The frys were waaaaaay too salty. Like the top fell off while sprinkling and they was too lazy to make another batch. I got pictures but they really do no justice for how much salt was really on them. Also I had an issue with the app and was unable to get the 50 percent off discount I was told by the guy on the phone that he would apply it when I got there to pick up. Then wen I gt home I look at receipt and I only received 1.25 off that is far from 50 percent. The pizza is great though and they always sauce it up good like I ask!!! but this is the second mess up; both where my money was wasted and/or I lost money so it really annoys me that I might have to find another pizza spot

I just spent 90.00 dollars and if I didn’t drive far to receive I would have have returned this pizza and wings. I thought highly of the food until now. The pizza was dried out ,I usually order double dough and since I didn’t, I got a pizza that was old, wings fried very hard and dried out. I am upset and want to complain, but I fear of retaliation if I do on my return. I need some type of accommodation from this. I still have my receipts for the proof.

Amazing pizza! Highly recommend the pepperoni. Your front desk employee, Nabeel, is the best front desk person you have working there, by a long shot. He is always super friendly, attentive and really on his game! I’ll be waiting there for 10-15 mins and he plays good music and makes waiting a fun experience. On top of the pizza being amazing, and some of the best around, very good staff.

Upon my first visit to Rosati’s, I was kindly greeted by a cool customer service person, Nabeel. I was planning a birthday party for my son and I was there to gather pizza pricing and potential party options. He was very helpful with the menu options and he took my information so the owner could contact me at a later date. I asked some questions and placed an order to take home and sample. He was very helpful and my family and I were pleased with the food! That week I received a call from the owner Jay and he was also pleasant and extremely helpful with our planning. We ended up not having the party onsite, but I placed a large order of pizza’s and wings for pickup. Our order was confirmed and promised by a certain time frame and the day of pickup couldn’t have gone any smoother! I thanked the cooks and Jay for making this happen in timely fashion! When you can find great customer service, great food and teamwork, you have something special. Ps, the PIZZA is great and the WINGS were an absolute delight!

Our pizza was cold . Our fries were cold and hard. The cheese sticks were cold and soggy. We paid $50 something and waited an hour plus for our food. On a Monday. I get everywhere is staff challenged… I’d prefer you don’t make it work and I’ll pick up my food and get a better result. It’s could’ve been good but we don’t know because everything was cold and hard.

Terrible Pizza. No flavor in the sauce. Cheese thrown on top of everything so when you take a bite, everything falls off and you’re left with dough. Way too many onions.

The food was good. The man on the phone was rude. I felt bad watching him be mean to my boyfriend. Then I called back and he didn’t lie to me. Why would you allow him to say he cannot process any special that are on your website? Then he started off by saying you have no specials. That’s a lie per your website. These people are the reason businesses fail.

Wasn’t satisfied with delivery took almost 1 hour and 40 minutes to get to my house. Called at 7PM didn’t get to my home till about 8:30-8:40 waiting time was 45min to an hour was said. $40 dollars for 1xl and a large fries try giving them a chance maybe the price talks thinking it would satisfied me and for the price and wait not really.

They gave me the wrong pizza and then blamed me for taking the wrong one – telling me I should have opened the box inspected the pizza and the name. Like seriously? Blaming customers instead of their own incompetent staff. The owner “Jay” was beyond rude and told me if I wanted a refund to being the pizza back to them, seriously worst service I have ever received. He then proceeded to try and argue me on the phone. The owner on the phone was a complete jerk.
