True Chicago style deep dish pizza. Their sauce is a standout, and most pizza places are just average, if not outright lacking in flavor. We opted for Italian sausage on ours, it tasted freshly made. And the crust is the true proof of deep dish, nothing soggy or greasy. The breaded fried mushrooms were also great, and crispy not soggy, as they are at many places. Family friendly sports bar atmosphere, it’s the best Chicago pizza I’ve had outside of Chi-Town. I’ll definitely be back.

The food was worth the wait, but oh my GLOB to be ignored like we were was ridiculous! Almost walked out twice, but I always try to see what the food is like. The double dough pepperoni pizza, and the cheef sandwich…. when I say it SLAPPED…. Wow it was pretty fantastic food. We will be back for a second chance, hence the 4 star rating.

Our first visit was enjoyable and nice. The waitress was wonderful. Had the standard crust pizza. Sausage and pepperoni. This is the only place we have found that uses chunks of sausage rather than slices of sausage. We really looked forward to our second visit to try the deep dish style pizza. This is where it turned sour. We were waiting for a table to be cleared and wiped down in the bar area center. The bar and hostess acknowledged my desire for the table and I was staying back to let them do their work. As soon as they were finished wiping it down. A couple of older ladies that were seated at a table further back in the bar area that were just seated ahead of us got up and sat at the table I was waiting for. I mentioned it to the staff right away. The staff said I would have to “take it up with the ladies”. I told them that the ladies were just seated by the hostess and that I was patiently waiting for them to clear the table and gave them room to do so. Pointing out that the ladies that were seated moved to the table before the staff cleared the area and allowed me to access the table. The staff told me again to ” to take it up with the ladies”. I told them I do not feel it was my job since the ladies were already seated and I was being polite waiting for the staff the clean the table. Again the staff refused to engage the rude ladies. They offered me another table. I refused out of principle. The ladies were seated and I was being nice and allowing the staff room to perform thier duties. I feel the staff was wrong in allowing the ladies to switch knowing I was waiting for the table.

This is a great place to go if you have pizza cravings. The food is delicious. The staff is very courteous, professional, and friendly. The food does take a bit long but it is expected in a busy and popular environment/pizzeria like this. I would also advise to take advantage of their VIP club.

Waitress let us know she only works 2 days a week .l brought family there after a long day .let us have 7 menus and proceeded to wait on another table after ignoring us and starting aconversation with a party she seemed to know that came in after us .After being ignored for 15 min I plopped 20 on the table for the drinks and left.The food can be really good but if the SERVICE is bad who needs that.What. bust No time soon will this local bring anyone unto there premisce
