Rosa’s is the BEST little hole in the wall places for Mexican comfort food in North County.

The only thing good about this place is their augas. The beans task like victorias traditional style beans from a can and the salsa is watery like they’re trying to stretch it. Very disappointed will not be back.

I would go out of my way to eat here. And I do. The food is AMAZING. Large portions. Served hot! It’s a fast food joint but if you dine in they serve chips and salsa like a restaurant. I could drink their salsa, it’s so good. My go-to is the fish burrito. I can barely finish it and it’s great post-gym. Highly recommend!

Loved the tacos are bomb!! Excellent staff and service whether you done in or not table side service is awsome.chips and salsa are delicious. Did not wait long for our food either

I am leaving 1 star because my food was never brought to my table. The waitresses on Sunday ignored us. I waited over an hour saw other people who came in after me being served I even waited for the waitress who left me sitting there with a tiny bowl of chips and salsa to walk by my table again but she never did. There was also another lady at the counter who was laughing at us when she saw us walk out. This tells me that the employees purposely did not serve us. The same happened to my son not to long ago and he contacted the BBB
