Stopped by for a team and lunch and the service was good and prompt since they weren’t too busy. I ordered the Philly chicken and cheese (no mushroom) lunch special and it tasty. Kudos to the toasted bread w/o having to ask and it was definitely plentiful and seasoned well. Overall pleasant service, good food, and great value!

Good food and great service! The prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. I will definitely be returning to try some of the many things on their menu. The pizza was amazing! The crab soup was delicious and it comes with grilled cheese. I also had a salad with shrimp that was very delicious as well. If you’re in Powhatan definitely check out Rosa’s Italian Pizza and Restaurant

The Cosby High School Show Choir had our end of the year get together here a couple months back at Rosa’s and it was great! We were running behind and didn’t show up until after close…. But the staff was so accommodating and excellent. Think there were only 3 or 4 people there max and they kept about 100 teenagers and hungry parents very happy with great food and drinks without a single gripe showing, what a crew and testimony to Rosa’s, thank you!

Ordered a pizza on the Slice app for a 6:15pm pickup. Picked it up on time and got home only to realize it was cold, so it must have been made when I put the order in earlier in the evening, not closer to my pickup time. Called the store and they said the only way they could do anything was if I brought the pizza back…after I had already gotten home with hungry kids. Disappointed to say the least since we’ve always had a good experience here until now…and now I’ve paid $26 for a cold pizza with no resolution from the store. We will be finding a new pizza place.

Won’t order from there again! Had $100 with of gods delivered and 4out of 5 of my subs were wrong! After waiting for an hour and half… called and was told the only thing they can do is have a driver come back and pick up the subs and bring them back and re deliver the correct subs so wait another hour to eat!!! Last money they will get from me!

Unfortunately in the last few months we have noticed significant changes. Although, we realize that the pandemic has affected restaurants in many cases and can overlook increases or menu items changing.We have even overlooked the charge to use a credit card now.

Rosa’s is a wonderful local Powhatan restaurant that we heard that so many people really like. If you’re looking for extensive menu selection in an Italian restaurant, this is the place to go! We were amazed at all the available choices. Wow!The service was very fast and efficient, and we took additional food with us for family members at home!
