My first time was today and it was amazing. I ordered the chicken fajitas everything was delicious, and the fresh made tortillas PLUS they had carrot cake

I couldn’t wait to try this new restaurant. The service and atmosphere was okay, but I wasn’t a fan of their food. The food definitely looks good, but the quality is not there. We had the tacos and hubby tried the nachos. Just a few things stood out: stale taco shells, canned refried beans, and dry taco meat. They could also use some improvement in customer service. It didn’t feel very welcoming. More like rushed thru and pushed along a line. I’m sure they’ll do well, because they stayed busy. It’s a nice facility with plenty of seating indoors. They also have a patio area, but it was too cold to sit outdoors. It’s a no for me

20 minute wait for a four piece sopapilla. They forgot my order. It was not busy but I saw other ppl coming into the establishment & getting there order before me. After waiting they asked me what I needed & told them my order & in that moment. They started making it after a great while. Staff is not friendly.

SHARE PICS IF YOU RATE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! If your gonna leave a 1 star review then back up your claim with pictures. This Rosa’s is tex-mex but not like PANCHO’S. This location is clean, just opened, spacious and lots of seating. The front lady was nice and my kind of gal. It was not busy at all being at 3pm. I know this place is busy at certain times. Order ready in 7 minutes. Food is portioned right. Well cooked food. I been to other Rosa’s locations and the tamales just as good as other locations. Nachos were tasty. TACOS were good. They have a drink station on the far side of the restaurant for convenience. Watching everyone in the dining room, every plate was near empty to nothing left on plate. So the customers seemed content. I was happy with my meal and filled up. It was a good dining experience and nothing wrong so far. I will come back to this location.

First of all, I love this place’s food. Second, the staff is so nice. They smile and the service is perfect. It’s hard to find a restaurant like this, it makes me very happy. I had ashort talk with a very friendly woman, and thenext time I went, she remembered me. Iwas very impressed. come to find out she was the boss, Elizabethshe’s humble, friendly and caring. She made my visit so pleasant that I decided to celebrate my birthday there with family and friends. They all loved it. They’re still going! The atmosphere is beautiful, the price is perfect and the food is delicious… and I’m very picky when it comes to Mexican food.

Born and raised in Odessa where Rosas cafe is originally from I am very disappointed in the service received. Beans over cooked and not enough cheese to even eat my nachos. Like everytime I come the quality of the food is horrible and definitely doesn’t hold up to Bobby Cox standards

This place is very colorful decorated inside! With talavera planters and Mexican wall art. Food is basic but ok for the price. Beans were a little bit too salty but tortillas are very good. Good portions per plate. Place is clean and spacious you won’t feel crowded even on lunch hours.

After making it clear I was a vegetarian and ordering a taco salad with the black beans instead, I wound up getting violently sick on account of they gave me a salad with the pork beans in it anyways. Didn’t even comprehend English enough to apologize or comp the meal. Their kids nachos were so spicy and soggy my daughter couldn’t eat those either. The tortillas taste like soggy flat mix-with-water pancakes. The “salsa bar” is just 4 flavors of salsa and some cups. Will never be eating there again.

I was treated horrible by a manager, I have never seen a manager act the way one of the managers acted when I went the other day and my order was wrong. I ordered an enchilada and the lady asked me what sauce I wanted I said Chile con carné, when I got it there was red sauce that I did not want. I took it back to the counter and told the man the problem and he immediately got upset and didn’t want to remake it, he snatched the plate and threw some chili and cheese on it, I told him I didn’t want it at all with the red sauce on it. He got extremely angry and slung the food and the plate in the trash. A customer standing beside me even stated that, that was bad customer service. Even though this is closer to home I would rather travel further out than to eat here.
