My husband snd I go to Rosa Maria’s every 3 weeks or so. We like going to the one in Highland better than Redlands. The one in Redlands where we live, they would start cleaning, sweeping, and putting chairs on the tables while people are still eating, 20 minutes before closing.

This is a very nice Mexican food restaurant, the employees were always very nice and very helpful and the food is fantastic, this is one of three Rosa Maria’s foods restaurant, I love their green chili Verde burrito wet style, so if you’re looking for a great burrito and great service then give these people a try, eat local, buy local ,shop local.

We have been going to Rosa Maria’s since I was a teenager. Like 30 years or more. Glad they opened this one, which is a lot closer. We love their cheese enchiladas, burritos, and taquitos. Everything is good here.

Nowhere to sit. Food still great. Staff is friendly. It’s seems they want to go full take out not sure why they haven’t just taken all the seating out of dining area. I work nearby but can’t eat in my office. Used to come here weekly but lately can’t find a place to sit so I come in every 8 weeks now when I can get in early. Pandemic has changed this place for the worse.

Always a great meal. Love the chile relleno burrito! Stop in, for sure, if you haven’t. Rosa Maria’s is a local favorite, and has been for decades for good reason.

This is one of my comfort foods when I’m in San Bernardino. I pretty much grew up eating here with friends, family or by myself for a quick bite. I used to stick to the classics… The garbage burritos and the beef taquitos with the avocado sauce (can’t really call it guac and that’s ok). Over the last couple of years, I’ve branched out to the chili relleno burrito. It still has the tasty pork green chili inside. And their hot sauce is unusual and addictive. Oh, and on the weekends they make a fabulous menudo. Even my mother, who thought she doesn’t like tripe, loves the stuff.

Always a quick stop with reliable Mexican food. If you are vegetarian, remember to ask for your Chile relleno without pork sauce. If you aren’t vegetarian, enjoy the deliciousness!

Guacamole smells weird. I even bought one on the side and looks worse. I guess they give the bad ones for take out since you won’t find out about them until you get home.
