This is a hidden gem. Food truck trailer. Owner staff very friendly. Food cook to order fresh with back ho.e touch. You can sit outside and eat enjoying a good breeze. Food is hot. I will return to this hidden gem. Great Cajun swag here. Cajun corn is great. Real crab cakes. The grouper is fresh. Food cand be blacken or fried. Loved it. We ordered blackened grouper and backend shrimp. Both were perfectly cooked (not a fan of overcooked fish) and the blackened seasoning was great.. This tiny food truck is serving up down-home southern cooking better than most restaurants. This place is a gem.
