Food was fresh and tasty. We had the molcajete with corn tortillas. Amazing! Our server was super courteous and took our order quickly. Wait time on our food was minimal. The chips & salsa before the meal were fresh. Seems to be very traditional Mexican food. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back soon!!!!

Oh I love this place! We go once or twice a month and it’s always such a treat. If you like margaritas, this is the place for you. They have lots of options from classic to sweet to spicy. There are even some with popsicles in them! Mondays they do 2 for 1 on their house margarita, too. They also have plenty of beer, cocktail, and non-alcoholic options if margs aren’t your thing.

We enjoyed our date night here; the food was amazing, but the service was overwhelmed and we waited quite a bit for things. The drinks are tasty and delightful. The prices seem a touch high, but they do serve fresh and delicious things. Great vegetarian options. We will be back, the meal was just so mouthwatering good.

Celebrated my birthday here and I absolutely loved EVERYTHING! I was able to get a Michelada with an NA beer and it was delish. The base in the Molcajeta Dea Mar was phenomenal, so flavorful, and the seafood was done perfectly. Ended up having to take half of it home, it was so much food. Our sweet waitress treated us to a birthday dessert, my fave, Tres Leche cake. Made IN HOUSE! All of our food was fresh, tasted great. This will be my new fave spot in NOLOCO!

This place has got to be one of the best places for Mexican food here in Longmont. The vibe is chill and the service was a 10 from everyone! Not to mention the food! 100/100 in everything! Strongly recommend coming here for the tastiest Mexican food.

We tried Rosa Cantina for the first time and WOW! This place is a must!! The atmosphere, the staff, the service, and the food… everything was phenomenal! Our waitress Lupita was so great! She was sweet, funny, and attentive. The drinks we so good and pretty to look at! But the food…sweet lord it was phenomenal! Best burrito I’ve had in a long time!! We will definitely be back!

We were looking for something new and this place did not disappoint! Great, fresh flavors. Fresh made guacamole and chips were amazing. My wife had the mole and lived it. She is picky about her mole. I had the chipotle chicken, Delicious! We had a hard time deciding so we will be back for sure!

We heard through friends how good this place, so we decided to give it a try. My husband got the chicharron tacos, and I got the calabazitas (squash and cheese enchiladas). Wow!!! Wendy was our server, and she was fantastic! I changed my mind, and had questions, and she just rolled with it like a champ. Thanks for a great experience!
