3 stars because I’m glad there’s at least one ramen place around here, but I do wish I enjoyed my meal a little more. The chicken in my ramen was kind of hard- def not the buttery chicken I’m used to in ramen. I think overall this Ramen is pretty average. But I will probably go back and try the Spicy to see if I like that one better.

We both got the spicy Tonkotsu. It’s delicious! The broth is rich, the marinated eggs are perfect and molten in the middle, the pork literally falls apart. Definitely coming back.

Spicy tonkotsu is delicious but beware-the spice is at the bottom of the bowl! The yuzu lemonade is sooo fresh and there’s a few good beers on tap and more options in cans. Order at the bar and come early-it got really busy at 6pm. I foresee this business thriving in the valley! Definitely check it out.

Incredibly hospitable little ramen joint! And super delicious ramen. A lot of the menu was made in-house. Tofu especially was bomb. Just what Hailey Idaho needs 🙂 love this place and look forward to coming back.
