I have a love hate relationship with this restaurant. The food was decent but not exceptional. There are so many options in ocean city with better seafood dishes. The service was good and the view was beautiful. Our meal came very fast! I will say it was one of the loudest restaurant experiences I have ever had. On top of it being loud they were blasting music. I couldn’t even hear my boyfriend speaking to me at our table. I will say we were there during the dinner rush at sunset. Maybe if we had came earlier or later it would have been better. If you don’t want to be in a potentially extremely loud environment I would probably skip this one.

What a view to a kill! Ropewalk is one ️ spot! Its an indoor & outdoor restaurant on the bay. Beach themed & seats up to 900 people with multiple bars & fire pits! Food was good drinks were great! Star Spangled Slammer & Mermaid water are perfect summer cocktails. My family really enjoyed watching the sunset it was beautiful!

First time at Ropewalk and will not be my last. We were there very early on a Sunday so it was quiet. The view to the bay with large windows and a deck eating option is spectacular. Love the food! Every bite was tasteful. Appetizers and big buckets of seafood, what a treat. We enjoyed it. I highly recommend it.

This place had a great view of the bay and the service was outstanding. The food came out fast and the family loved it. We wanted to eat outside to see the sunset but it was a 30 minute wait. We decided to take an indoor seat that faces the sunset and it was just as nice. The parking was probably the worse part of our visit because they are so popular. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us often. We had a great time and the only thing we would do is show up earlier to make sure we get parking and a seat in this popular spot!!

Great place to experience. Amazing view and atmosphere. The staff was attentive, friendly but not overbearing. The food was excellent. I had the ribs and shrimp burger. I posted the menu if you’d like to see the items for yourself. The restaurant is spacious and the back patio has a wonderful view. Perfect for couples or families. Very kid friendly. They even have a playground out front if you have children.

Had dinner here early June 2023 but it was such a chilly and windy afternoon that our plan to have outdoor seating and dine-with-a-view did not happen. No biggie. We were glad to be able to sit by the windows and could still have some sort of outside view.

This place was excellent. We did have a little wait on a table but you can get a drink while waiting. Service was awesome. It is right on the bay with a great view. Food was awesome. I got the hawaiian tacos and my wife got a shrimp meal. The price was very reasonable compared to most restaurants. Also a big selection too.
