Since I visited after lunch, it was quiet. It is spacious and has a modern, simplistic style, so it doesn’t seem like a traditional Chinese restaurant with red and gold characters of luck. The noodles arrived quickly after we ordered them. My root ramen was good. Its soup wasn’t too salty or greasy. It was sweet and salty with soy source in my son’s noodles. Both noodles had well-cooked meat. I rarely eat in Princeton, so I don’t know whether it’s expensive there, but I thought it was a little pricey. The restrooms were the only thing I didn’t like. No lady or man signs and the trashcan is wide open, so you can see everything inside. That was disgusting.

Really enjoyed our dinner. The food was very authentic. Just the right amount of spice and flavor. Would highly recommend the scallion pancakes some of the best I’ve had. The fried vegetable dumplings were also very good. Plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options to choose from.

I like this spot. The food is always very fresh and cooked to perfection. This last visit I had the seafood bowl with the curry sauce which was a little spicy but I knew that going in. The veggies are always crispy. This is my second time here and I’ll definitely be back. Went in the late afternoon on a Saturday and no wait. Definitely a good food spot.

Decent food , reasonable prices . We tried veg , shrimp dumplings , scallion pan cake , noodles , Thai curry vegetables with pink rice , mango proms . Reservations are recommended as lot of customers on Friday and waiting in lines .. overall good experience .

I got the Angry Dragon Roll, the Roots roll, and a Thai Iced Tea. The rolls in particular were delicious! The Angry Dragon had this great crunchy tempura throughout the roll that stood out. My only complaint was that service was very slow and there weren’t even that many people there. It took a few minutes for someone to even greet us and give us a table. It took 5 minutes for someone to just bring us water, not even the menus.
