The food was good, but expected more for the EXPENSIVE PRICE! $30 for 2 combo meals. We order the chicken beast sandwich with sweet potatoes tots combo & chicken tenders & waffles fries . I honestly was expecting a grilled chicken breast not a patty. The chicken tenders were not hand made breaded chicken tenders at all. All their meat look like it was from the frozen section at the store. The bun was soft & tasty. The sweet potatoe tots & seasoned waffle fries were seasoned to perfection! The drive through was tight & customer service was excellent.

The employees were EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, but unfortunately the food was horrible! I hate leaving a bad review, but I’m just being honest. I was so excited to go eat there and couldn’t decide what I wanted because everything on the menu sounded amazing. The amount of food I got after spending over $13 was a joke. The country fried steak stripes were like canned cat food rolled out and deep fried and then dipping them in Pancho’s dip (which is my favorite) was absolutely disgusting. I had hope that my fried pickle fries would be good, because honestly how do you mess up a fried pickle, but I found out that it is possible to ruin something so delicious. It was like eating fried strips of pickle skins. I really wanted to like this place and wanted to try everything, but unfortunately my coworkers and I will not be returning. I’d suggest just going to Chick-fil-A because this place isn’t good.

This was our first experience with Roosters and the food is awesome. I got the southern friends steak strips with sweet tots and my husband got the pancho fries and boom boom sandwich. The food was amazing and will be back.

Absolute perfection in a hidden Bartlett spot. We went today for the first time and were not disappointed. I was instantly in love with their nuggets laying on top of the fluffy Belgian waffle…and their fries…let me tell you! UGH! That is the kind of stuff food dreams are made of…as long as that little shack is in business, we will be customers!

I just found this place online and was so excited to try it! I ordered the chicken and waffles. The aroma was amazing My tenders were delicious but my waffle had like a million pieces of sugar in every bite! Almost as if it was too much in the batter. Might try them again to see if they just had a bad day.
