LarderRoom…Hitting up the Wilmington, Ohio Roosters for Fried Pickles & Buffalo Chicken Subs (Fried chicken covered in Roosters Medium wing sauce with celery, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Topped with bleu cheese crumbles)! Service was amazing and the food was delicious!

Worst experience at roosters yet. The waitress clearly couldn’t handle the 3 tables she had. The table adjacent to us placed their order with her and she messed it up bad enough that the manager had to come out and explain to them and give them free food. Our food took almost 1 hour and 20 mins to come out after ordering.

I love coming to roosters but the past few times the service has been terrible. We waited 15 minutes before someone even acknowledge us. The food hasnt been that great either recently. It’s been overcooked to the point It’s been hard to eat. Then to top it off I’m not sure why the waitresses don’t wear their hair back because their long hair is touching people’s food and clean plates. It’s unsanitary.

This was my first visit at Roosters. The staff was extremely friendly and energetic. However, my food was another story. The pretzel and cheese was delicious. Mac and cheese bites were cold. My chicken was still frozen. And I mean frozen. Not cold… frozen. The restaurant was empty and this should have never happened. I literally took 1 bite and asked for a to-go box. My waitress was extremely friendly and did an amazing job. However, I didn’t complain because I don’t like confrontation or being looked at like I’m trying to get something free. So, I took the chicken home and the dog had a good meal. My meal was $32.** plus tip, $50. $50 and a huge disappointment for a first time customer.

I really liked Rooster’s at first. Because they actually had a vegetarian option for me. The last time I went, they got rid of the veggie burger. I double checked and the waitress said they took it off the menu. And she asked me if I wanted something else and I told her I do not eat meat, so she offered me a turkey burger.

Ordered a burger cooked no pink. My husband brought it home and it was RARE. fries were super cold. He ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was only cheese. Super disappointed with how much money we spent on our meal and the fact that they would serve a burger RARE is disgusting. Won’t be eating here ever again.
