Stop reading the reviews and buy it. Mother Pheasant Plucker is the bomb! Hands down best cup of coffe you can make at home. The coffee is so good. All of it. Honestly, I have not had a cup I did not like. I buy beans and grind fresh at home and run through a drip machine. If there is one thing I expect to be on point, it’s my coffee. And this place never disappoints.

These folks know coffee! Have some unique brewing – try the Long Pull – and some fresh coffee names like “Lobster Butter Love!”

My 1st time actually going to the coffee shop & it was fun! My oldest kid told me about it. I’ve been drinking the Lobster Butter at home & love it in both Regular in the daytime & decaf at night! Both are very good & it doesn’t taste like some grocery store watered down decafs at all. It’s a keeper

After spending some time at this establishment, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. The espresso here is top-notch, with a complexity of flavors that are perfectly balanced by the well-steamed milk in their lattes. Speaking of lattes, they are a delight to the taste buds and I can’t recommend them enough.

I work in one of the businesses nearby, so I’ve been going to this RoosRoast location for a couple of years. I had to make a review just to emphasize how much of a crown jewel this coffee shop is on Ann Arbor’s crown. The coffee is superb, the employees are such a delight, and the aesthetic is awesome! I love that so many different people get together here: families, college students, and everything in-between. A lovely place indeed.

The best coffee shop in Ann arbor/ypsi area. Amazing coffee and lattes, delicious food options, delightful pastries. As someone who has spent a significant amount ofmy 20s in service of others and pulling some damn fine espresso, this is where I go on my day off to get good service and good quality product that I deserve and want. Also love the outdoor seating!
