Tacos are good, but the salsa is mediocre at best. The verde is close to water and the roja is bland. Beans are extremely watery. Nice people.

Lexington is known for their Mexican food and Tacos Y Tortas is the best place to go to get it. The food (especially the torta) is always good and for a reasonable cost. Tacos y tortas is my go to place to eat in Lexington.

We don’t make it to Lexington very often. We’re in town for a graduation. Asked around and heard that Roos Taquerua was the place to go. Was clean enough. Not the biggest place, but were able to get seated easily. Food was awesome!! Cost was reasonable. Wish this place was closer so we could eat here more frequently.

Nothing here authentic or fresh. Everything was microwaved, food was really hot. Rice was ok, beans tasted a mix of fresh and canned beans. Idk how it has this rating, maybe good enough for locals, but not good enough for a Mexican that knows Mexican food.

Absolutely the best burrito I have had in a very long long time!! If you are traveling through Lexington or driving by on I-80, take 10 minutes & stop by this restaurant! You will not be disappointed! I only wish more restaurants served it up like this place does!! Fantastic food & good prices! I also only wish that I had tipped more! Nice, family run business that seems a little overwhelmed and chaotic. Salsa was watery along with the beans. Carnitas tacos were okay, flautas we’re fresh and good. Relatively slow but it seemed like they were overwhelmed though the restaurant was somewhat empty.

Both my wife (who is on a gluten free diet) and I loved the tacos and the service was great. We both thought the quality of food was as good, if not better, as anything we’ve had at much more expensive mexican restaurants. A great place for anyone looking for really good tacos.
