Very friendly employees but average, at best, deep dish pizza. It is also much too sweet. Additionally, and this is just wrong, any tip you add to your bill is not given to the the counter people or in-store employees. It is kept by the owner and given back to the employees in the form of bottled water. If this place has any issues maintaining employees, I think they should know why.

Lost a customer here. Ordered a pizza and wings today, and had rewards points for $10 off. I wanted to save my points and use them next time. Employee stated I am required to use them on this order, which those rules were set in place by the owner. I’m sorry but those are my points and I should be able to use them when I want to use them not be forced to use them. Literally every other business that has a rewards system let’s you accumulate points and use them when you want. I’ve never been forced to use my rewards points before by any other business. So I most certainly won’t be back. I’ll just take my business somewhere else. The pizza is sub par anyways.

Recently tried to place an order for dinner time delivery and everything I inquired about they claim they were out of or no longer made. I asked for a meatball sandwich. Sorry we dont make subs anymore. I ask for a Stromboli, I was given the same response. I asked about wings and the person taking the order got rude and used some inappropriate language. So I took my business elsewhere.

Stood at the counter for 20 min on Friday while my pizza and wings that were already done sat there getting cold. Two of the employees were yelling and cussing at each other. By the time I got my food, it was cold and barely worth eating.

I previously was a regular customer, however after my last visit I will spend my money at one of the other pizza places from now on. I ordered two pizzas and a order of their jojos. My wife went to pick up the order and they didn’t give us our jojos. So I called the store they said they forgot them and I could return to get them. The employee apologized and said he would give us a free order and we could come pick them up. I drove all the way back to get them when I arrived the rude manager was at the counter and I explained why I was there and the response I got was well you didn’t speak to me on the phone. I don’t know who I spoke to but it was not important. Then the rude manager walked over to my order and took the FREE order out and gave me the first now ice cold order of jojos.And kept the free order I guess because I didn’t speak to him on the phone. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE……

Last night I had a Deep Dish Chicago Style pizza and it was absolutely delicious. I called the order in for delivery and the service was a 5 star all the way around. This restaurant should definitely be a 5 star and not a 3.8. I’ll be eating here again!!
