Great customer service! Had a mix up and gave us the wrong topping on a pizza (no biggie mistakes happen) and were super nice and threw in a free pizza on top of the remake. Took less than 10min too

Unfortunately, since they moved locations a couple years back it just isn’t the same. Quality has gone down dramatically since then. Love Romeo’s, but refuse to patron this specific location anymore. I will gladly go out of my way to the Medina or Strongsville location when I’m craving Romeo’s, and I suggest you do the same.

Never had a bad pizza…we get the butcher shop which is loaded with toppings…I only gave 4 stars this time because the pizza was rolled out lopsided with lots of crust on one side & none on the other…also didn’t have as much flavor as usual & very light sauce which was not requested…I know they’re busy & it’s hard to find workers so we will be back

I had Romeo’s pizza for the first time last Saturday afternoon (1/8/22). It was fantastic! Even better was the customer service. We didn’t exactly know what we wanted and made two transactions. The gentleman at the counter was patient and understanding. Will definitely be back at some point.

The customer service at the Brunswick store is terrible!! We ordered a pizza – the pizza was late as heck!! We never left an instruction for the pizza. It took 2 hours for the pizza to get to us, and my ADT alerted me that there was activity on my porch. The driver left the COLD PIZZA on my porch and my husband caught him getting in the car and he said he was sorry he was so late. His plan was to say he delivered the pizza and we waited to get it, is why it was cold. Well we call Romeos and they said they would credit my husband and give him a free pizza the next time he came in. He went back in a couple days later and no one remembered what was said on the phone when he called in. We will never go to Romeos ever again. And I will tell everyone I know. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS. FatBobs it is!!
