Great pizza, fun people! My son isn’t feeling well so I asked the staff to write him a message and draw his favorite animal on the pizza box. Romeo’s did not disappoint! I placed an online delivery order at 4:45 which estimated a 50 minute arrival time. When our pizza had not arrived by 6pm I called to check the status of our order. I was told the manager had tried to deliver the pizza but no one answered the door. When I explained we had a nest doorbell camera and no one had shown up to our door the gentleman on the line responded with “too bad I guess you aren’t getting your pizza” then proceeded to hang up on me. My husband then went to the store to show the doorbell camera and was then told that the manager who tried to deliver went to the wrong house. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Will not be ordering from the Northfield store again.

Pizzas not bad but the girl who answers the phone is so rude. Tried ordering today and the attitude was so nasty I just said forget it. I guess they don’t have subs but she’s acted as if I should know and that ordering one is some crazy requests. Hire persons with better people skills!

Can I give zero stars??? Manager is awful! Ordered a large pizza and 20 oz drink. They charged wrong price. Was hung up on by manager 2x when trying to get made right. Will NOT order from there again. So disappointing…my husband’s favorite. It costs zero dollars to be nice!

An hour and a half delivery time pizza was cold called to tell them it was cold and wrong ingredients on pizza manager told me that was my problem I asked for corporate number he said figure it out I asked his name he said figure that out as well. Will not be back

Tried ordering at 9PM Friday night from a long standing family owned pizza joint and they were too busy to take our order so we tried Romeo’s. We got the Supreme and an order of dry wings with sauce on the side. The pizza was delicious and the wings were perfectly cooked with the best chili sauce I’ve ever had. Thank you, Romeo’s. You made our night oh so good!

The pizza is great but their delivery service and their staff is awful. Their customer service is rude and they never used to be rude. They were always friendly. They’re one hour delivery has turned into 2 hours and when we try and call they hang up telling us they have only one delivery driver. For the last 3 weeks, we have had issues with the orders we placed being the correct orders delivered. I am no longer a fan.
