They screwed up the order and wouldn’t correct it by giving me a replacement pizza. They said they are closing soon. Not my problem they screwed up. He said thats how it was in the computer, well they entered it in wrong. I will not eat a pizza with mushrooms he gave a credit which does me no good since I am not ordering there again.

Their app is horrendous. After I ordered and went to pick up, Their “I’m here” Button did not work and I ended up calling to let them know. Pizza was delivered to my car within 12-15 minutes. But then I discovered there was an extra pizza I did not order but turns out I paid for. Again, Bad app. Not the first time I have had trouble with the app. Their thin crust vegetarian pizza is great. Love their sweet sauce. DO NOT ORDER THEIR WINGS!!! Almost burnt-tiny wings-super greasy-EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT I RECEIVED. I had ordered their wings two months ago and had same result but spoke personally to the owner at the store and he told me to “try them again, we have made changes” Wrong!! Chef salad is just ok. Also, they put very few veggies or sausage on stromboli. Thin crust vegetarian is the only product they do well.

Very good gluten free pizza! Not the best customer experience over the phone. Occasionally meal items are not made as ordered. Not a fan of the very diagonal cut on this sub, especially when it is not cut all the way through the bread.

There was an issue with our address and phone number in their system. After being 45 mins later than requested, the manager figured out the issue, comped the pizza, and sent his driver straight to our place. Pizza was still warm and tasty- not cold cardboard. 5 stars, what started as a rocky experience quickly recovered into a 5 star review. Great management. Great pizza, stand behind their product.

Well I have commented before on this place about my pizza being damaged but i ordered back to try again, and I changed my review after it was good. But today when i ordered I had my dad order because I lost my voice after the flu and when he ordered he had accidentally messed up my order. So he called back to change it and they said they could not change it. So he cancelled it and when he did and tried to reorder using cash again (which he did for the first order which was perfectly fine) but when we tried to order again they said its credit or debit only.

Romeo’s is my new go-to for pizza. When they first opened in Bainbridge, they were calibrating their ovens, and giving out the pizzas. I happened to get one, and I haven’t gotten pizza from another place since. Their sauce is amazing, their prices are reasonable, and I’ve never had a bad experience the many times I’ve ordered a pizza from them.

I’m so happy Romeos is near me I love their pizza. The only issue I’ve had is the few times I ordered so far, the pizzas are not cut all the way through so you have to tear it in the middle or at the crust unless you have a knife.

Ordered two sheets pizzas and two trays of garden salad for a work event. Customer service was outstanding from ordering ahead on the phone to delivery the day of event. The food was delicious and everyone was very pleased. I would use them again for events as well as for a family pizza night.
