So I just moved to a place pretty close to here and figured on my moving day I would order from these guys. First they really are over priced. $68 for (4 20 oz waters which they didn’t even have but advertised online) 1 2 liter of Mountain Dew, 2 pizzas and a bacon cheese bread. The Pizza we got was the butchers meat pizza and Buffalo chicken I used a “coupon that was 2 large 1 toppings for 24.99 so obviously the math doesn’t work out on this and they were not one topping but there really was not a discount if I had done Domino’s I would have save $30+ but my biggest issue was the way things were handled. I called because neither pizza was that great for the cost. The Buffalo chicken was just falling off the crust and I’m pretty sure the crust was under cooked some see pic below When I called I was told they didn’t have the waters and she would refund me for that still waiting to see the refund and that I would be REQUIRED to get a credit only for another Buffalo chicken which I told her 3 times I didn’t really care for. So this is the main reason for 2 stars. How the issue was handled. Needless to say I won’t be using that credit as again I don’t care for that pizza based on my first experience. I regret ordering from them and won’t again. So if you decide to do business with them just know these things are possible. Told me the reason half my cheese pizza was missing cheese is because I didn’t pay for extra cheese. Said it’s weighed and that’s correct for normal cheese not to cover the pizza. Went to the hard road location, ordered normal cheese, and it was perfect. This location isn’t worth your time. Hard road is the only real Romeo’s left.

Edit: Zero stars for this location. Pretty sure delivery person took my pickup order but they weren’t transparent with me at the store. Ended up about a 1 hr wait for pickup order with an initial ETA of 25 minutes. Kicker was the person who walked in while I was parking, placed an in person order, and ended up getting their order before me.

We stopped in on a whim and definitely was not disappointed! The buffalo chicken pizza and cheesy breadsticks were AMAZING and I can’t say enough about the kindness of the staff. We will absolutely be back! Pizza is always the right answer! 🙂

I ordered a spinach and onion pizza through door dash and was given a pizza with onions and chicken on it. When I called, they told me I have to handle the refund through doordash which I completely understand. But they didn’t offer to deliver a new pizza to me.. I know they have drivers and have that capability. I won’t be ordering from here again and I don’t recommend this location. One time I went to pick up my order and waited 5 minutes at the counter because no one was paying attention.

We ordered delivery. Door dash gave a delivery time and 20 minutes after that time and over an hour after I ordered the pizza we still had no pizza. I called the store and they put a new pizza in the oven as I was on the phone and they got us that new pizza quickly and piping hot. Great customer service! Appreciate that they cared. And the pizza always tastes amazing. Love the sauce.

Ummmmm . . So good. The crust is delicious. Many varieties to choose from. Offer additional American food. There salad is tasty. You get a lot of food for your money. Try the Capone sauce on your pizza.

They took my money and my order never came to my house . They didn’t even call me . I wish I could give them one star. I’m just so disappointed that I depended on them and my kids were disappointed as well cause they didn’t get pizza like I told them they would .
