This is about service only. I tried to order online which happens to be through Grub hub. I thought my order was placed and just a few minutes before arriving to pick it up, I get a call from Grub hub that my order was cancelled because they couldn’t confirm my order with Roma’s because they wouldn’t answer their phone. I do like their food, but they never answer the phone or it just rings and rings and then hangs up on you, so it’s almost impossible to call them and place an order. Good way to lose business!

I’ve tried all the pizza places in Kalamazoo and Roma’s is definitely the best! The pizza is hot and they don’t skimp on the toppings! Everything tastes much fresher than the chain pizza places. The cheese breadsticks were also a winner! Multiple cheeses along with parmesan and garlicy goodness are way too good to pass up! Try them and you won’t be disappointed!

2nd time eating here. 1st time was great. 2nd time Food was good but Our subs bread were alittle burnt on ends and under. Had to pick off but was still good. I Minused and added a few things that they forgot to do on subs. Pizza was just alittle over done also but still was good. I will still try it again

Mmm bruschetta so yummy. The Italian wrap was good, but wraps don’t seem like their specialty— like “Well if you don’t like pizza, they’ve got wraps too.” Overall, yummy and greasy (in a good way).

Terrible service burn pizza and chicken wrong suppose to be chef salad but wasn’t never get my business again and refuse to refund me my money said chicken is fine on top of it hangs up the phone.

So far consistently the best pizza I have found in Kalamazoo. The salads are also great, and the Roma’s bread is awesome. They also are consistently 15 minutes late having orders for pick up, no matter when I order. I’m not sure if this is universally true, or if I’m just unlucky.

Roma’s $10 pizza lunch special is a great bargain everyday as it is a fine balance of crust, sauce, cheese and two toppings paired with a quality salad and soft drink. Despite my best intentions, I always devour the 4 slices hot outta the oven as it is that good! Lunch specials also include pasta or sandwich choices other than pizza. I highly recommend the whole menu here and really appreciate the friendly, personal customer service! Like a lot of small businesses, Roma is working hard to provide staffing for a full schedule, so please be patient if they are not open all posted days and hours…
