Second time here. The beer on tap was good and reasonably priced. The food was terrible. Ordered sampler platter. No flavor. Salad bar was very basic. Our dinners were lasagna and eggplant parmigiana. Looked nice, but had no taste! No bread offered with our meal. No bread at salad bar.

We stopped here while we were in town since it’s been a few years (we came a long distance) and we’re very sad to see it was closed. The door wasn’t locked so we went in and startled the guy working here. I’m not sure what happened but we have fond memories of eating here and were bummed not to be able to. 5 stars are for the memories! Best of luck to you Romas.

Over rated. The buffet was extremely small, you have 2 (1 pizza with half being one kind, other half another kind) optionsfor pizza, 1 soup, and salad bar. Their “dessert” was whipped cream and crushed Oreos. Way too over priced for the quality and choice of foods. My husband and kids said the soup was the best thing they had to offer, but not for $9/person excluding drinks.

Would have loved to try this place by ordering take out but no one knows how to answer the phone. Over 15 minutes wasted trying to get someone to pick up the phone. If this is how your customer service is on the phone, I don’t dare to try dine in.

Poor service, out of pepperoni 6pm Saturday night, out of everything continuously on the salad bar. Pizza had very little toppings and the crust was like cardboard. Waitress didn’t know what draft beer they had and didn’t want to find out. The guitar player was good. $33 for a 12″ pizza and 2 beers and everything sucked, I won’t be back!!!

We were there last night it was pretty empty there and we ordered a Chicago style pizza and then a manicotti… Apparently the order thing that goes back to the kitchen hadn’t been working right so after about 20 minutes they came out and said that they never got the pizza order and they were just putting it in and I think they actually rushed it because it was undercooked and it was barely warm when it came out so it makes me wonder what actually happened and then the manicotti was burned and black on top. Probably one of the worst experiences there.

Dine in service was horrible. The waiter would start talking to us before approaching our table. Asked it we wanted more water when our glasses were empty. There was a miss understanding with our chicken alfredo pizza and the order wasn’t placed. We got our tossed salad that we were going to share and had to ask for additional plates. About 15 mins later we received the garlic bites that were kinda burnt and not really any garlicon them, out of the cheese sauce too. Another 15 mins went by and were told our pizza would be out in 5 mins. Well 10 mins later we were told the new cook burnt our pizza and they were out of chicken. We asked just to have the buffet…well that was a mistake. The lasagna was dry and the pizza was cold and the salad part was not appealing. We basically paid our bill with unsatisfied service and food…..We will NEVER be back.

I’ve ordered Chicago pizza for yrs here and I ordered one the other night was worse pizza I’ve ever gotten from there hardly no sauce or parmesan cheese on it. I almost wanna say they changed the sauce too. Chicago is supposed to be about cheese and it hardly had none. We usually keep the left overs but it was so bad we threw it away. Sad to see a place u went to for yrs falling apart

Really enjoyed everything that we tried considering we had never visited. I would like to give them another attempt under “normal” conditions as a number of items we ordered were not available so we had to settle for second choices. The staff was very friendly and as accommodative as possible. We look forward to another visit sometime in the future.
