Romans Asian Kitchen is wonderful! We tried several dishes while we were there and everything was absolutely delicious! The staff is very polite, the food came out promptly and most importantly it was delicious.

The best part is how many choices you can choose from here!! The vermicelli was delicious! But if you arent a big fan of fish sauce, any substitute sauce pairs well with the dish!

My husband and I were both really looking forward to trying this new restaurant out. The atmosphere was nice and people / staff were friendly but the food was very disappointing. We both ordered the Spider sushi roll for appetizer which was ok but a little bland. My husband ordered the hibachi chicken with soup and fried rice. He said the chicken was somewhat decent but the soup was horrible. I ordered the hibachi steak and shrimp with ginger salad and fried rice. The steak and shrimp were both rubbery in texture and not great. The salad had a very strong chemical taste . The rice was disappointing too. I will say the yum yum white sauce was very good so I drenched everything with it to try and make it better. We probably won’t be back. That is a lot of money to pay for food of that quality and experience.

Recently check Romans out with a group of friends as we all love some Japanese food/Hibachi. We all ordered a Hibachi entree and a different sushi roll each. The actual Hibachi food was excellent, steak was great, veggies were great, but the rice. The rice killed this place for me. It’s not Asian style in the slightest and it’s not Hibachi rice. It has corn in it for some reason and it’s very dry with little flavor. I almost think it’s Mexican style rice which doesn’t make sense. I love Hibachi rice almost as much as I love steak, so this was a big disappointment.

First time to stop in and so excited to have this place locate in the mall. Tried the Crab Rangoon and Chicken Pad Thai. The Rangoon was delicious. The Pad Thai noodles were a bit overcooked and close to being mushy, but the taste was excellent. Pay attention to the spice levels because even a 3 was noticeably warm (which I liked). Most of the Hispanic wait staff could not speak or understand English very well so there was some difficulty with translation.

This is a new restaurant in town. I’ve been here once, and it was awesome! The food here is great. The service was great. The lady we had as a server was super sweet, generous, bubbly, and we even got free sushi at the end of our meal from the owner! Overall, this was a very delightful experience for my family. I definitely recommend taking a visit if you’re in town or at the Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass. It’s a great place for a family dinner or just a quick bite to eat after, before, or during shopping. The atmosphere is chill and homey. You can sit outside or inside. I most definitely recommend getting sushi and the hibachi dinner meal. They have many different Asian cuisines, including but not limited to: Japanese, Chinese, and Thai. The final thing I’d like to add is that the portions are large. My boyfriend and I shared a hibachi meal and were very full afterwards. We didn’t even finish it honestly haha, that’s how big they make the portions. Overall, we love this place, and if you have time to visit, I recommend you eat here if you have the time!
