Called a order in tonight, and about all I got was mumbling. I got burnt chicken wings, a pizza that looked like,OH MY GOD nasty. And if they call that a salad that we got, they need glasses. I have not been back here in a year and a half, and the food is just as bad as it was a year and a half ago. I think you guys need to shut down and sell that junk you guys call food somewhere else. I will never be back here ever.

Really wanted to love this place. Relocated to Rockwell this month. I’m a concord NC native and thought this was the sister restaurant to the Romanos in concord. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Just like someone else said in reviews, the person answering the phone has no care, no personality. Nothing. Just teetering the line of being rude. You can tell they hate their job. Almost hung up just from that experience alone. Spent nearly $50. I got mild wings. There was no sauce. No flavor. Asked for them to be extra crispy. Looks like they boiled them. They literally had no flavor any whatsoever. I had to season them and put them in the oven to finish them off. My Philly Cheesesteak only had meat and cheese. You could tell the meat was super processed. Bread was hard. Fries were mushy. My partner got a pasta dish. She said it tasted bad. Wasn’t appealing at all. The most enjoyable part of my meal was my Greek salad. Everything was fresh. But they skimped on ingredients. Tried to give them a chance but it makes sense why the parking lot is never full and why their reviews are so low. They also forgot our ranch for our wings and the dressing for my salad. We ended up throwing out a good amount of food. This place could use a revamp. Maybe a new chef. Better customer service.

When you are the only customer in the entire restaurant, you would think that you’d receive excellent service. Not the case. The waiter seemed bothered by my presence. The food was good. Expensive, but good. Average price for a meal is $12. I’m not sure how they stay in business. They must have good pizza. I know it’s not the service that keeps them open. Probably why no one else was there at 5pm on a Wednesday. I’ll not return to this place.

Monday night we just ordered at 815. Two Philly subs and potatoe skin. 6.99. A piece. With a side. So it came to 25.00. And the whole meal went in the garbage. The meat in the sandwich was spoiled. Smelled it threw t he bag. The potatoes skins were so old. Thry had no potatoe left in them. Like were dark brown. Old and rotten. Never eat there again. I was right when I said thry are not busy so they food is old. 25 dollars in the garbage and the whole dinner in there too
