I ordered a 10 inch pepperoni pizza and pasta Alfredo. The pizza did not look good and the crust was very hard and dry looking. The pasta I ended up having to take back to the restaurant for a refund because it was burnt and dry had no sauce in it whatsoever. Roma

The good was excellent….what we received of it. When we contacted the restaurant to make it right, they informed me they had sent out the whole order and it was no longer their problem. I was standing there with the GrubHub driver and he had nothing else in his vehicle. I requested a call from the manager (from the third party person they were using the handle complaints) and have yet to receive a call. I was told their policy is they do not send out the correction when they sent out the whole order and it was a “GrubHub” issue. Poor poor customer service. A shame as the food was very good. The lasagna we received was very flavorful and very good. But the lack of good customer service will keep me from ordering again.

Ordered a pizza and it came with the garlic sauce opened and leaking everywhere inside the box, getting all over the pizza and my pants. When I called requesting a replacement not only was my request denied but some rude woman who said shes worked there for 15 yrs(sorry about your luck) basically told me she was the one that made the pizza and that she doesn’t make mistakes. My pictures prove otherwise and this place just lost a couple customers due to my horrible experience.

I ordered just 2 cheese cakes from here. The classic with chocolate sauce for me and the Oreo cheesecake for my boyfriend. We ate an early dinner at home around 3pm and just wanted some dessert this evening. Within 30 minutes of consuming it, we were both throwing up. I’m pretty positive the cake was bad. Idk if we both have food poisoning or if it was just expired/sour cheesecake. I ate my entire slice and my boyfriend ate all but one bite of his so I smelled it to see if I could tell if it was bad and it smelled so sour idk how we couldn’t taste it. Probably because they were covered in chocolate drizzle and Oreo crumbs. Definitely recommend smelling your cheesecake before eating it if you’re ordering from here. We will be up all night miserable. Hopefully tomorrow we’re back to normal. Mad I spent $30 to Uber eat some dessert and wound up vomiting non stop for over and hour. Can’t trust this place!

Ordered from here today for the first time and was very happy with my experience. I’d ordered a calzone for pickup via their website, and when I got there to pick it up, discovered that they had made it as a pizza by accident. The gentleman behind the counter was very apologetic and told me he’d make me a new calzone on the spot and I could take home the pizza as well. In less than 10 minutes, I was out the door with my calzone and the free oops pizza. When I got home, I tried both, and they were both delicious and totally hit the spot. The pizza had a buttery crust with the perfect amount of chew, and was super cheesy with well-balanced toppings. The calzone was also delicious, with lots of mozzarella and oozy ricotta, and the generous side of marinara was the perfect tangy flavor. (I’m not a fan of overly sweet marinara for a calzone.) Mistakes get made, but what matters is owning it and making it right. I was very pleased by the food and how the gentleman behind the counter handled the situation. I will definitely go back again.
