I ordered a cheese pizza. it was so incredibly dry i had to dip it in marinara. gross. and the mozzarella sticks LITERALLY had no cheese in them? how? like how does that even happen? and the texture of the stick was disgusting. so upset considering i paid $8.99 for 6 empty sticks that were never even eaten. i’m calling and getting my money back from doordash. unacceptable

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. I’m in town from Southern Illinois, and I ordered from Roma since it’s right around the block from Homewood Suites, and I ordered directly off the delivery menu on Google. My driver called me to let me know he was downstairs 25 minutes earlier than expected. Took about 15 minutes to get my pepperoni pizza and cheesy breadsticks cooked and delivered, both items were delicious! Good pizza, very convenient. Couldn’t ask for more!

Won’t be ordering from here again. My pasta and meatballs was okay. Meatballs weren’t much different than the frozen ones that come in a bag. The chicken parm was small pieces of chicken. The bread was gross. The mozzarella sticks were gross. It was like the bread wasn’t cooked or they were frozen at one point too.

We are here from Florida and wanted to order pizza on our first night. The hotel reccomended Romas and it was delicious! We ordered three large pies. The crust was airy with a nice texture. The pepperoni suicide was insane but our kids loved it. Definitely glad we tried it.

Don’t go here. Customer service was bad. Pizza was burnt. Crust was thin and over cooked. The guy at the cashier was nonchalant and rude when’ I called in to complain. We are here from Florida. My Husband is getting a stem cell transplant at the VA. He had been wanting a pizza and ROMO is behind our hotel. Anyway, I bought a medium supreme pizza with pineapple, cheese bread and a chef salad to go. This is absolutely the best pizza I have ever had!!!!!!! The salad was big and scrumptious. Horrible order experience and staff! Order was taking awhile so called to get an update. Guy told me it would be there soon then hung up. Was waiting another 15 minutes and nothing so called back. Was told by the same rude guy that driver just left it outside of my apartment complex downtown and he hung up on me. Order was not there obviously… very disrespectful staff and who just doesn’t call and leaves someones order outside on street!

There’s not an area for dining in. Luckily, my hotel was right down the street so, I got my food to go. I got the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and it was good. Would like to try pizza if I am in the area again.

THE worst customer service I’ve ever encountered In nashville!! Spend your money with ppl who can atleast be respectful when they mess up your order. I would never ever order from here again! The manager accused me of lying abt a $10 speghetti (lol ) and when I provided the receipt he yelled at me and told to leave. Smh… don’t waste your time or your dollar at this establishment!
