a good restaurant, the location is very good, it has an excellent appetizer like the Roma Sampler, I recommend trying the pasta, the Old Fasion cocktail is ok.

I ordered the shrimp Milanese and it was delicious. The restaurant was fairly empty because most of the town was in church, but it had begun filling up right before we left. The service was quick and the waitress was extremely friendly.

Roma Italian Bistro is a hidden gem in this small town. I enjoyed eating lunch with my family at this restaurant. It’s cozy and I love the lighting. They have great customer service and the food is delicious. If you’re ever in Minden, I recommend you give them a try, and if you live in the area, you should’ve already eaten here…. The picture that I took of the pasta is poor quality but the meal was good.
