I ordered online and needless to say, I arrived an hour later ( as requested) and the food was ready. I got the baked turkey wings, stuffins and collards and mac and cheese. Also a pork fat box with potato salad. The baked turkey wings were delicious and so were the sides. My only complaint..not enough stuffins..LOL..I should have ordered and extra side. The ribs in the fat box were tender to the bite and the potato salad was tasty. I am definitely coming back..

First time back since Covid. The food taste great I had a combo platter with double ribs, mac and cheese, and greens. Really this meal can feed two people. If you are not pigging out (no pun intended) but seriously. Good food. Now they have some construction on beside the location. So just make that right and you are there .

Staff was rude and ghetto ,chick at the register especially . The Beef ribs barely have any meat on them for like no reason . Normally I’d take this foolishness back but I had no interest in going back to this ghetto place . Definitely not coming back here again .

Not sure why they have 4.5 stars . I was eager to try this place and let’s just say my first time was my last time , I got a combo with beef ribs and whiting and my ribs literally didn’t have no meat on them . I didn’t realize it until I got all the way home ( 40 minutes ) away , I am highly upset ! And will never patronize this establishment. Not the mention the dark skinned girl at the front with braces was throwing me off with her attitude. If you never been here don’t waste your time Carolina kitchen taste a lot better .

Best brisket in PG County. Friendly and helpful staff. Order ahead to avoid any waiting. Takes about 30-45 minutes if they’re busy. Ordering online says an hour till ready. Not always that long though.

Let me paint the picture. It’s Sunday at 12. No brisket. No catfish. No fried okra. The cashier was nice and apologetic. I ordered porkchop sandwiches then. Waited 15 minutes while several other customers complained about their wait times. The staff argued and had very bad attitudes. I decided to run a quick errand to avoid seeing the toxic take-out environment. Ran to the market grabbed some things. Came back about 20m later and my food came out hot and overcooked. The chops were crunchy and dry. The strawberry lemonade was lit tho and the cornbread was amazing. The sides were ok. I would come back and try the ribs but I will probably order way in advance.

Very tasty. Worth the wait. They are my favorite bbq. Have had the chicken, ribs, Mac and cheese, baked beans and greens all have been tasty. You know finish all your food tasty. They only open seasonally.

Loved it! Worth the wait. On a Sunday, the place was packed. The line extended outside the door, but its a carryout with very little room inside. The wait was about 25 minutes, but my food was freshly made to order. They have their own ‘mambo’ sauce, that comes with the fried chicken. Everything we ordered was delicious!

My first time was good and I made it back for another try. 2nd visit even better. Mac & cheese, yams, greens delicious. Ribs and chopped prk bbq good. Bbq had a lil spice but all good, they give you a lil taste of coleslaw with it! Felt like early Thanksgiving. Everything is worth the wait and money!

Pulled pork BBQ sandwiches are good. Bread is always soggy on the bottom and makes it very messy to eat. BBQ ribs are also good. Haven’t tried all their sides but Macaroni and Cheese is good. Other than soggy sandwiches this place would be 4.5 stars.
