This place has a good feel about it. The food is mediocre to plain, but there is a lot of it. It is carbohydrate heaven. The waitress was nice, but she got her order wrong. On the other hand, she comped the wrong dessert that she brought us – so that was a nice surprise. The atmosphere is great. I wouldn’t recommend this place, but it’s not terrible. It’s average for the average prices. If you’re looking for average you found it.

I told my wife I wished I could rate this restaurant “10 stars on a scale of 1-5” – it was that good!!!

We went to Rolandos for dinner, my husbands choice. We sat outside, the evening was great, our server, who was new, did an amazing job! It was such a calm and relaxing evening and the food was delicious. You will never have a bad experience here. And thank you for the key lime pie to celebrate my husband’s birthday!

Wonderful atmosphere. This is not TexMex, it is an upgrade. I ordered Lulu’s enchiladas with chicken and sour cream sauce. We ordered salsa for an appetizer, also good. Waitress was , Sandy, she was attentive, helpful and knew the menu. She recommended the Rum cake. Yummy dessert. Next time I’m in Ft. Smith, I will be sure to return.

They really went above and beyond my needs for our big day. Josh and Zach were awesome servers. This place is the best from the food to the service to the atmosphere!

Unique Hispanic food joint. Clean and a easy menu. The Don Quixote burrito was fantastic. Plenty of food, I couldn’t finish it. The tortilla soup was on point.

If you are visiting Fort Smith or passing through, this is a must stop! First off the Jose’s quesadillas are literally in the top 3 things I have ever had, EVER! I’m not kidding. We live about an hour and half north and will definitely be traveling back just for that dish. Very well done. The Lulu’s enchiladas and steak tacos were good as well, the pork in the burrito was wow!!!! And the rum cake was delicious and super satisfying to finish off with. The place itself was nifty and cute and inside. Now lets get to the 4 stars in stead of 5. The service. The server had a sweet demeaner but I kept having to flag someone over or trying to get her attention since she seemed more preoccupied with having a good time with her coworkers. They were not busy at all with customers, just busy sitting down and talking at the table right next to ours. But over all excellent place and we’ll be back. Kudos to the chef there! Wish I would have taken pics!

A very artistically pleasing place! I spent most of my time looking at the artwork. Even the location is a work of art. There was outdoor seating the day honey and I visited. I don’t know if this was a new space because of indoor dining restrictions or not. It made me feel I was walking down the street and accidentally stumbled upon this unique bistro. Great touch!

I loved my meal! Service was great, very friendly any took good care of us. Lovely atmosphere, with live music. We split the tamale appetizer, it was alright. I had white fish with capers on top, I’m not sure the name now. It had a ton of flavor and was a large portion! My husband did not enjoy his much at all, it was a spinach and chicken burrito. He said the spinach had a strange taste, almost fishy taste. It appeared to have a LOT of spinach as well. He tried to remind him it from the burrito. Hopefully we will be back and he can find something he enjoys!
