Went yesterday for my birthday. I can’t lie and say I didn’t wanna come JUST for the cat server robot, because I did. It was super cute seeing him bring food to tables and made it all worth on its own. The staff were super nice and very patient with our group of 9, half of them being late. The food was AMAZING! Super good!!! The pink lemonade was the bomb. It was definitely worth the 2 HOUR drive we took to go. Can’t wait to go again!

Stopped by Rokaru Ramen for lunch today and it was my first time there. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen and thought it was absolutely delicious. I thought the portion size was just a tad smaller than other ramen restuarants I have been to in the Cincinnati area, but flavor wise, Rokaru is probably my new favorite. Service was great too! I sat down and ordered within a couple of minutes and my food was out in less than 5 minutes. I’ve heard about the kitty robot that brings your food out to you. I saw it parked in the corner of the restaurant…it was not being utilized this afternoon but I think it’s a cute idea to make one’s experience more fun. The only waitress working was friendly and efficient. I probably only spent 20-25 minutes in the restaurant total so it’s great for those that need a quick lunch. They have a few different types of ramen or you can create your own. There are also rice dishes and several different types of appetizers. Blue Ash is kinda out of the way for me but I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area!

I’m a Ramen fanatic and try to hit up all the noodle houses. Rokaru did not disappoint. A total gem in Blue Ash. Went in at noon on a rainy Friday and wasn’t busy at all. I had a make your own veggie tofu Ramen bowl that was fantastic. The noodles were perfect as was the broth. The menu isn’t extensive, but why would you want something other than ramen?? 10/10 would recommend.

At first I was concern about the portion size for $17(5 small cubes of tofu and a tbsp of each veggie), I ordered vegetable ramen with bean sprout and egg added. After my first bite i disregarded the portion sizes the money was well worth it. The best ramen I had so far definitely set my standards high. The broth was amazing. The vending machines and delivery robot provide a unique experience and a modern Tokyo feel. Additionally, the TV provides a feel food experience as it plays light hearted videos on a loop. The gyoza, unagi don, and curry katsu were all good. In fact the unagi don exceeded expectations. The major letdown lies with the ramen, which is part of the business name. Excellent concept – similar to that of Ichiran in Japan – where you customize your ramen; however, it fails in the execution, as many menu items are unavailable. The char siu is dry and flavorless… most likely the worst I have had. The tamago is slightly overcooked, preventing the yolk from providing the desired creaminess to the broth. I would be willing to return if the menu items were available and the quality of the char siu was greatly improved.

Went for our first time today and it was amazing! The service was quick and our waitress was so nice. They have the best milk tea I’ve ever had, so sweet and creamy. We also had the curry rice with panko chicken. The curry was flavorful and the chicken was crispy and juicy at the same time! Their ramen noodles are tender and their broths are savory and delicious. We will definitely be back to try more!

I came across Rokaru Ramen last week. Exceptional food in a beautiful designed shop. The atmosphere is laid back and you would definitely want something to drink. The ramen was amazing ! Every component in the Ramen complimented each other. The broth is rich. The pork was so juicy and tender. I’ll be coming back for sure!
