Advertised oysters, that’s why I went, didn’t have any. I spent $80 there on greasy food and cheap liquor, and then charged my card $20 pre authorized, this isn’t a hotel, never has a hole in the wall bar ever had to pre authorize my card, especially after paying my bill. Roger sucks. Everywhere else has had way better food. I felt bad for Michelle, she was the only thing good there.

Hole in the wall, which I’d actually exactly my kind place. Great pours on the drinks and the crawfish were killer honestly. Not everyone gets it right, but they damn sure did. From out of town, but I’ll be back for sure.

Giving just the facts. Was told by a local they had good food. Got a table and about 10 minutes later the waitress came over. Took drink order and gave us menus. Sodas not on menu, served in cans with cup of ice. Menu not impressive but not bad. Was debating about staying and chose to. Finally ordered the swamp fries. The first order came out looking great. Loads of fries, roast beef, brown gravy, nacho cheese on top with green garnish. Delicious, things blended together well. Decided to order dinner. Cajun burger and fries, meatball poboy, and fish dinner came out. Tried to wait for other dinners to come out but food was getting cold. Nibbled here and there until food was gone, other meals still hadn’t come out. Finally chicken strips and other order of swamp fries comes out. Maybe swamp fries, it’s buried in so much cheese this time you can’t tell. Cajun burger was good, meatball poboy was good. Fish plate, bad. Terrible fish smell the whole table could enjoy(yuck). Taste was bland and extremely fishy. Was told it was “tilapia” but that’s questionable. Chicken strips were good just a little rubbery from being overcooked. I would not eat here again at all. On the plus side, clean place, good pool tables, darts, and other bar games available. Beer prices decent. $2 a can of soda, $2 bottled Wal-Mart water, ask for a glass of water, no you have to buy bottled water. I will not recommend this to anyone.

The owner and all of the staff are awesome and super friendly. We ordered curbside boiled crawfish. Person who took order on the phone was very friendly and helpful, told us when it would be ready and where to go for pickup. We arrived and owner Roger greeted us. Once we got home and ate it – it was delicious! Very flavorful! Definitely recommend. We plan to go back for lobster night once that starts happening after this quarantine is over.

The food was good bartender Tammie was great even as busy as she was she kept up with drinks . Did not like the rudeness of owner (lady) when bartender asked how she was she straight up ignored her, and she was right beside her when asked. Im legally deaf in one ear and heard her on other side of bar. Then I over heard him talking about staff. Just not buisness like when being disrespectful to staff in front of customers.
