Great food! The quality of the food exceeds the venue (converted waffle house). That said, the place is always clean, cool vibe and well maintained. The service is fast and friendly always. It feels like a diner serving way better than expected food. Love the Ruben, Fish and Chips and all of the breakfasts. This place will surprise you and you will come back!

Would have rated the atmosphere at five stars, but we went during the sweltering heat wave and their air conditioning was not functioning properly. Art work is dope.

Are very first time eating here and we absolutely loved it! The food and the service was outstanding!! And not to mention the art, I could not stop looking at it. Little stories and every painting on the walls! We will definitely be back with other family members!!!

Not only is this place extremely cool to look at because of the beautiful murals inside and out, but the food was DELICIOUS. I highlyyyy recommend the chorizo scramble AND do yourself a favor and get a cinnamon roll after for 5$. Everything is made in house and you can tell. Oh, and the service was great as well, just go!

I had the Puget sound sandwich with greens and a Bloody Mary. When I tell you it was a fantastical crab melt from the heavens. The only thing I would do differently is add bigger shrimp and a piece of bacon to it. The bacon from the Bloody Mary paired perfectly with that sandwich. I am beyond pleased and can’t wait to go back. I originally came for breakfast until I saw the seafood sandwich.

Decent food, good service, very friendly people, not busy on Sat evening around 6pm. Only the clam chowder soup tastes odd.

I had the pancakes and berries. The pancakes were hot and tasty. The stack consisted of 3 pancakes and the pancakes filled the platter that they were served on. The service was great. The waitress was around me often asking me if I needed anything and always with a smile. Sitting at the counter, I saw the dishes that the other customers were ordering and the portions also filled the platter.

Been here several times. Atmosphere here is always fantastic. The service has steadily improved. Brunch menu is a good mix of classic American. Lunch menu sandwiches are a little pricey but delicious. Can’t beat their happy hour prices, some of the best I have seen in midtown and I plan on being a regular.

From out of town, scootered around trying to find something for Sunday lunch (not brunch or breakfast). Very frustrated with restaurants that listed themselves as open, but we’re very very much closed (I’m talking about you Old Ironsides).

Everything that we ordered was delicious!! I had the eggs Benedict, which came with three eggs, an English muffin, a massive ham steak and a brick of hash browns. The biscuits & gravy were stacked in sandwich form and the waffle was a thick old-fashioned waffle with lots of fruit. We were especially impressed with the carafe of mimosas, which allowed all five of us to have at least one full champagne glass! We will definitely be back to try more options on the menu!
