This is my favorite restaurant in all of Kearny. It is the best rotisserie chicken. It’s always super tender and always tasty. This place is truly a gem.

What a great find. The portions are huge and food is loaded with flavor. The service is attentive and the place is very clean. The prices are more than reasonable. I will definitely return whenever I am craving authentic Peruvian food. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I give it a 3. Their rotisserie chicken is always good. Came for chicken soup, but what a disappointment. It had linguine noodles in the soup and no vegetables. The ginger overpowered the soup. A complete disappointment.

Same chain as on Elmora Avenue in Elizabeth.

Normally, I would have great service, but today wasn’t, the food took longer than usual, barely any people, and still took more than 30 minutes for one plate and beverage.

Not that all Peruvian restaurants have the best food, although we all know that possibly the best and most culinary food in the world is Peruvian. I love Peruvian food. I won’t say much about the atmosphere because I feel like I’m in a strange place since the people who frequent the restaurant don’t have a very friendly face. But each one in their business.

I’ve been getting caldo de gallina for at least 3 years here. Everything else is just ok on their menu. But their caldo was great. Well, a few months ago the caldo didn’t taste quiet the same. I paid and informed the waitress. Then a few days ago I went to get caldo again and the soup tasted like dirty water. I respectfully approached the owner and quietly said “hey just an FYI, there’s something up with how the caldo is done lately. I’m gonna pay btw I’m not trying to go without paying even though I took 2 sips and the plate is full.” The lady got defensive and I had to reassure her I wasn’t trying to go home without paying as I showed her my wallet. As this became an issue I told the lady, it’s ok you k ow what I’ll take it to go please. And her response made me pay and leave everything behind to not go back there again. She started to demand I give her 50cents more because of the plastic bag I would need. I looked at her and said “seriously? I respectfully and quietly I formed you the soup is weird, and you focus on 50 cents. You can keep it all no worries”. They lost a good customer sho usually brings lots of other people to eat.
