We placed a large order for an employee lunch & asked for the sandwiches to be cut in half & individually wrapped. When the food was delivered & the sandwiches were not cut in half, we didn’t have enough food. We called & spoke to the owner’s daughter/manager. She said that although they have it written down to have the sandwiches cut in half & individually wrapped, it’s just “common sense” for people to eat only 1/2 the sub. I was hoping they would have worked with us & at least offered to do up a few more sandwiches individually wrapped & then I was going to order a bigger order for next time. But with that response, I just said that we wouldn’t order from them again. Today we called b/c it was realized there wasn’t a receipt given. Again the manager/daughter Miriah answered & said that there was “no way that a receipt wasn’t attached to the box” & they can’t give us a duplicate receipt b/c the machine doesn’t keep the receipts for that long. When we pushed back saying that a receipt was needed, she said that she would ask her parents. Then thinking we had hung up she said to someone on her side that we are “entitled” to have asked for a duplicate receipt. Wow! Won’t ever do business there again.

Highly recommend this spot to all my friends and family in the new port richey area. The food is fresh and delicious every time we visit. The owners are excellent people and always make us feel welcome. The to-go service is extremely fast which makes this the perfect place to pop in for lunch!

UPDATE: be aware when placing and order over $60 even if ur paying with cash a 15% fee is added to the ordered, the problem when u tip they don’t tell u that u already paid the tip! I always tip VERY well but last visit annoyed me as my fee was $16 and I added another $20 not realizing this was added! I will be sure to separate my order moving forward!

Have gone multiple times. My wife and I split a sandwich and fries. Fries are seasoned which is great. Philly is delicious. Wonderful soft hoagie bread, well cooked, enough cheese and CONSISTENT. I think we undervalue consistency. It taste the same every time we’ve gone. Fully recommend this place if you’re looking for a great sandwich.

Being recently new to the area we are trying to hit more local spots and less corporate owned. The cares act isn’t reaching out local spots so we have to keep them alive with doing what we do 3 times a day. And if you want a cheesesteak as you can see these guys are top notch. Anyway you want it they can do it and FYI spice means spice it’s got some kick. You’ve been warned. Also everything comes out super hot and fresh. Thanks guys it was amazing.

18% tip charge to PICK UP 6 Phillies?! Are you kidding me?? 18% Tip to PICKUP? In other words, I have to drive my car to your place, pay $74 for 6 Phillies and fries. You’re a ripoff. If you do not care if you get what you ordered then this is your place. Takeout order was wrong and instead of apologizing the rude person who answered the phone said “if you don’t want to come back then oh well. Have a nice day” Well when you pick up takeout on your way home, who wants to drive in the opposite direction to fix someone else’s mistake. NO CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER. Take your Philly attitude back to Pennsylvania you ignorant rude woman!
