Employees at this location actively try to avoid doing any work. Always on their cell phones while a line of customers wait. The last time I was in there were three people waiting and one employee was talking with her friends in the seating area while stating “I refuse to go back there” and the other two employees were in the kitchen area on their phones. The man in front of me, who was picking up an order he already paid for, literally had to walk back into the kitchen to ask if someone was going to help him because he had waited for 5 minutes while no one helped him – and not because they were busy actually working

This may be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The employees were actually openly discussing the fact that one girl was mad over a boy not calling her, the cashier was too busy eating her fries from McDonald’s to be bothered to look up orders. And I was told there’d be a 10 minute wait for my order, when 10 minutes went by I went back to the counter and was told it would now be a full 30 minute wait! I requested a refund and was denied a receipt showing the refund, the girl said they don’t give refund receipts? I refused to leave without one and wouldn’t you know it there was a way to print one. I will never spend a dime of my money at this location again! It’s just disgusting the attitudes of the employees there.

The Pizza was to soggy didn’t even feel fully cooked. Horrible service and I haven’t had Rocky’s in so long smh.I’m disappointed.had to come home and recooked my pizza in the oven that’s how soggy it was.

She grabs the silverware from the part you eat smh. She just got done touching the register, money, scratching her head. Who trains these people? Then she gets mad when I say no thx I don’t need any silverware. She shakes her head rolls her eyes, says oh well it’s already in the bag. I was going to politely tell her you should not handle silverware that way but I did not want no issues. Where they keep there silverware is concerning as well. I think food people need to make a stop here sooner then later. Pizza was cold, cheese was burnt. Breadsticks always stale at this location, you complain, they just give you another burnt hard ones. It was really dirty inside. Floors, tables, nobody was even inside, a lot of workers.

Ordered three pumpkin pizzas on October 30th online. When I went to pick them up they were burned. I already accepted the fact they were out of the pumpkin balloons that comes with the pizza, but I refused to accept burned pizzas. The cook didn’t want to remake them, so I asked him for a refund. He said the refund would go back to my card, and it has not, so I guess they are thieves as well. I filed a fraudulent transaction complaint with my bank, because I have yet to receive my refund for pizzas I did not take with me.
