Service was awesome loved the workers, the pizza/calzones are very bad though if I could write this review to help save people money I would. The bread is off, and so are the toppings got a Hawaiian calzone and they stacked up the toppings (ham) about 8 pieces high and all came out at once. Not much quality over presentation. The atmosphere was cool lots of sporty stuff good for a sports bar!

I have been going to this restaurant for at least twice a month for over a year. It was recently sold to a new owner who has been making changes since purchase. Some are most likely to reduce expenses such as giving ketchup packs with french fries than providing the customer with a bottle kept refrigerated which was done by previous owners. Not a big deal, but at my last visit on 06/27/2023 I was only given 4 packs which is no where enough for the large amount of fries in an order. I would have asked for more packs causing unneeded waste, but there was only one server working with customers not sitting at the bar. She was way over tasked with the large amount of customers that it took her a long time to get back to myself and others. It was pretty bad, with me hearing and seeing three tables of people mention the slow service and leave. Never saw this with the previous owners because never saw only one server working all customers not at the bar. It also took a much longer time for me to get my order than ever seen in the past. Overall I was there more than 1 1/2 hours at this last visit. I hope the new owner reads all reviews and make necessary changes. Reminds me of the old line – “Do not fix what is not broken”.

Just had their Mac n cheese pizza! I know it sounds a little crazy but it was actually really good. They use kraft and it was a little dry but the flavor was phenomenal. They add some chopped bacon on there for some saltiness and smoke. It looks like they have a ton of other options on the menu so I feel like this pizza would be so much more elevated if they made their own Mac n cheese from scratch that’s just super saucy. That would take it over the top. Overall really good and $8 for an 8″ is definitely worth trying out. Can’t wait to go back and try some others!

We eat here about every 2 weeks, when it’s good, it’s one of the best pizza places in Parker, the problem is it’s so inconsistent. It’s a roll of the dice each time. We always order light sauce and it almost looks like they were playing a prank with how much sauce were on these. Sometimes they forget to cut the pizzas at all, sometimes the dough is so thin the cheese slides off the slice, but sometimes it’s so good it blows your mind. I wish the owner would see these reviews and respond, and accept some criticism and try to improve the consistency. I’m sure we will be back to try again but it’s these disappointing trips that have us searching for alternatives.

Have enjoyed going to Rocky Mountain Pizzeria since it opened years ago. Great pizza and calzones. Love supporting a local Parker, CO business. Have never had issues with pick-up orders, even with the new ordering that was implemented a 4-6 weeks ago. Have ordered many times for pickup with out issue, but I placed an order on 6/23/23 at 3:44pm for pickup at 6:15pm – Order #27 – 1 Sicilian, 1 End Zone and 1 World Cup – that we wanted to enjoy after an evening of baseball. Looked forward to some nice pizza. Arrived at 6:10-ish to inquire about the status of our order. Was informed by server Becca at the front counter that our order would be ready in another 30+ minutes. Inquired as to why it wouldn’t be ready at the requested time, but after 6:40-ish, and she couldn’t answer. Asked by other patrons were picking up their pizzas on time and no one could answer why my order wasn’t ready at the requested time. Got the manager involved after I requested to cancel my order and he reversed someone else’s order! Never even asked about my order – took another 5 minutes for him to go back after asking my name, and reverse my order. I again inquired about why other orders were ready and being picked up without issue and he blamed it on the ‘new system’ and the fact that they were ‘busy’ and told me that I needed to order earlier in the day – to which I asked so ordering at 3:44pm for a pick up at 6:15pm wasn’t early enough and he rudely shrugged his shoulders and said yes! Again said they were busy – yet there was plenty of empty tables in side and even more outside on the patio on this beautiful, sunny Friday evening! Upon reversing my charge the manager told me they just received my order at 5:50pm and again that I needed to order earlier… I again informed him my order was placed at 3:44pm and had documentation on my online takeout receipt, but this was rudely ignored, so I asked him if 5:50pm was the time his employees decided to pull the pizza order from the ‘takeout queue’ and he wouldn’t answer – thankfully the order was voided, but buyers beware at Rocky Mountain Pizzeria in Parker Colorado – I was informed that placing an online pickup order 2.5 hours prior on a ‘busy’ friday isn’t long enough – especially with the rude manager service when dealing with the issue. Never once was issued an apology or given a good explanation on what happened and why my order wasn’t ready at the requested time, or even processed by 6:10pm. Don’t mind waiting, but this issue was avoidable for sure and it is seriously doubtful that it is a ‘online order app’ issue but a service issue and 6-8 other patrons had no issues picking up their online pizzas promptly at their requested times – still trying to determine what is a ‘reasonable’ time to place an online pizza pickup order at Rocky Mountain Pizzeria as clearly 2.5 hrs prior is not recommended – just an FYI! Will be taking my business and feeding my baseball players post game at another local (pizza) business after Friday night games elsewhere for sure based on the poor customer service here.
