Tasted the freshness in the noodles and soups. Enjoyed the noodle soup even on a hot day, we finished our soups! Our first visit and we know we will be back.

Beef noodle soup was very good – “tastes like traditional Taiwanese beef noodle soup”

Okay food but not worth going out of your way for. Ever had buttered pasta? That’s how the “rockstar” Ramen tasted like

Terrible customer service, questionable hygiene practices, and terrible overall experience. A friend & I ordered from their online menu and went to go pick up our food after waiting the amount of time listed on the order confirmation screen, but when we got there, the guy working the counter said that our order had never come through, so apparently we were waiting for nothing. We then tried to reorder the items we wanted, but the guy claimed that they were “sold out,” which didn’t make any sense to me since they’d opened at 11:30 am and we placed our order at 11:40 am. At least make your excuse make sense, dude… he could’ve just said the menu item wasn’t available, but nooooo. So we had no choice but to order something else, and after our order was placed, the guy randomly left the restaurant without saying anything. When he came back, we asked how long it would take for our food to be prepared since we were getting takeout, and he said “soon.” My friend then saw him holding a block of frozen noodles in his BARE HAND as he was about to put it into the pot. I mean, really??? If you’re working in food service, you should definitely use gloves or at least some kind of tool like tongs or chopsticks to handle food, but NO, this guy held food in his bare hand during the middle of a pandemic! Our food was done suspiciously quickly after that, and we only found out why after we had already left and sat down to eat. My friend had ordered their signature “Rockstar Ramen,” but 80% of it was completely inedible because the noodles weren’t fully cooked and were all hard and icy. I seriously don’t understand how the guy didn’t check the noodles or something to make sure they were fully cooked. It’s like he was TRYING to make every aspect of our experience horrible. And the whole time we were there, even after he finally gave us our food, he never apologized, said sorry for the numerous inconveniences he put us through, or expressed any bit of remorse. The audacity and sheer unprofessionalism of this dude is astounding. Just save yourself the nightmare and go somewhere with better customer service and food safety practices.

Mediocre. The ramen seemed watered down; no flavor. The Taiwanese sausage was over cooked. The only thing that saved the meal was the sugary teas. There are way better places to have ramen in this area. Don’t get lazy like me…. Look around. I didn’t feel like a rockstar, I felt more like a backstage groupie
