My wife & her family have been buying their live lobsters here for years. Yesterday, we ordered 8 – 1.5 lbs lobsters. They were the freshest lobsters we’ve ever tasted. Super simple to call ahead and say what you want. They’re always ready when you show up.

So just a short while ago, this afternoon decided to stop and check this place out and ask questions I have the same experience as one of the other people who reviewed a while ago on this site she was short didn’t want to be bothered, basically was in a hurry, and had no time for me. She pretty much said that I needed to hurry up and make some choices because basically she had lobsters to cook so that’s when I decided to leave, I will go elsewhere her, behind me as we are exiting her front door was she didn’t care either nice!!

We called ahead (as other reviewers had recommended) and pick up our lobsters 90 min later. We had mentioned a picinic, and the owner had packed it in a Styrofoam cooler for us, all ready to go. Note on the top said “please return”. So super kind, and totally unexpected.

This place is amazing!! The owner is so nice, she couldn’t steam the lobster for us since she was swamped and suggested a local bar which could do it for us instead, thanks to her we got two delicious pound and 3/4 lobsters with a beer and some fries. Her prices are the best we’ve seen, her kindness and attention to her clients makes it all the more better. We’re from NJ and had an amazing experience here. Highly recommend!!

Cash/check only. The best price for Lobster from Boston to Bar Harbour. The wife is also a full-time school teacher. Super super super friendly. They also can steam them for you, but call a few hours ahead of time.

As a visitor to the area I was told that Rockport Lobster was the go to place for lobster in the area. So glad that I followed the advice I was given and found this gem. Kerry the proprietor is so kind and informative, even though she was busy she took the time to give us some great places go in the area with our pups (they love to swim) and packaged our lobsters to go in a cooler since it would take us some time to get back to our AirBnB. Freshest lobster I have ever had, literally fresh off the boat since I was there when they brought them in from their boat. Will definitely be back several times before departing. Highly recommend.

Enjoy! We order the lobsters steam. They put the lobsters in styrofoam coolers so they stay hot and delicious. We return the cooler and pick up some more! So good.
