CHICKEN N DUMPINGS! Great chicken and dumplings. Sausage belongs among the best around. Good mealy grind, nice snap on the skin, seasoned like you’d expect a quality Chech Sausage. Potato salad is good, baked beans are good with loads of breakfast Sausage mixed in. The only thing lacking is the brisket. Needed to be seasoned. No spice bark at all. A little salt and pepper could have gone a long way to make it better.

This place is Amazing. My company is doing construction in the area and to celebrate the 4th of July weekend we went to them to provide lunch for our crew of roughly 30 people. We had a variety of their main dishes and sides and everyone left with a smile. The brisket was a huge hit. Highly recommended giving this place a try. The owner and staff was so courteous and accommodating. Thanks again Ron and all of the staff!

Rocking R BBQ was a hit! Had a large family gathering with mostly food snobs. We bought build your own loaded baked potatoes, ribs and sausage. The family raved about the flavor and also had a great time making their plates. Roaring success with this group of foodies. Also, the service was great, helping us plan. Home made Gumbo is to die for! The employees have personality and the atmosphere is chatty. The baked potatoes are a meal for 2. The chef delivered my Gumbo personally. The beef brisket is well smoked. The food is prepared right in front of you. The sweet tea is piping hot ready to melt the ice. Bravo to country cooking done right! Can’t wait to try the large variety.
