Rock’n nutrition is amazing. The workers are so sweet and treat you with respect. The shakes and teas taste so unhealthy but they are healthy which confuses me, but oh well at least they taste good. I have never had a bad experience in there. If you want to make friends and be healthy, go to Rock’n Nutrition, talk with the workers, make jokes with them, and buy something. It doesn’t matter if it is a tea or a shake, or both, it will make their day. And, of course, happiness radiates from others, so it will also make your day. I suggest everyone go at least once.

The shakes taste good but are extremely overpriced. Buy whey isolate protein from Walmart instead if you want a better and cheaper shake! $19 per 17 serving container with 30g protein per serving 🙂
