We came here after they just opened for the new season. I had the Oklahoma Onion burger and fries. We ordered at the window, very friendly service. The food was freshly cooked and hot. The onion birder was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The fries were excellent. We had gelato for desert, having been to Italy, I would not consider this gelato but it was ok. Looking forward to going back.

Great food! Great service! My biggest complaint is having to sit outside (at least it’s under a canopy)on children benches. My knees were on the bottom of the table if my feet were flat on the ground. It’s summer and hot outside. They could get some fans pointed at the tables or get a more permanent structure to house some ceiling fans. Something else that could help is a place to wash your hands, it can be a messy meal. I will definitely go back for the delicious burger and crispy fries, the next time I’m in town, I just hope it’s cooler outside next time and I’ll plan ahead and have some wet wipes with me.

Cool setting with a food truck setup, picnic tables under tents, beside a motorcycle shop… My wife & I were there for lunch. (It appears maybe in the evening they have live music… at least they are setup for it.)

We went with the Family for an outdoor seating BBQ food truck experience tucked away by the Harley Davidson store in Rogers, AR. Upon the recommendation of several friends and behind lots of word of mouth we tried the Lobster Roll, brisket nachos, pork nachos, brisket cheesesteak and the special, brisket tacos. All were very good but the brisket cheesesteak deserves an Excellent rating. Creamy aioli melts into the brisket and cheese very well. I would order again. Before you ask whether Lobster rolls should be made in Arkansas, let me say I have had them all up and down Maine and Connecticut and this was awesome. The brisket nachos were heavenly and IMMENSE. You and two friends could eat this for a meal. The special tacos were so good but only two for $11 was a tiny stingy. We will definitely go back and get the Wagyu burger. It had to be 8 inches tall. The music was loud so come ready.

The food was great. I ordered the double Wagyu Cheeseburger and fries and my wife ordered the pull pork sandwich and kettle chips. It was all delicious food, but a bit pricey! The 2 combos, and 2 bottles of water was over $37 before tips!!

So, the Rockin’ Pig “Food Truck / Concession” hate to use these words because it deserves more. Marshall Johnson has put together a Great new Hamburger menu and a great crispy French Fry that is fantastic. While I will mis some of my old-time favorites like the Lobster Nachos or the Garlic Parmesan Tater Tots and others. I will say the New Smash Burger with cheese and Crispy fries was excellent! My family had the Oklahoma Onion and the Burger ROYALE, and they also commented on how tasty their Burgers were. Lean mean menu and smart business model. You can’t lose with Bikers / Burgers and a good cold beer! Also “The Simply Seger Band” was great that Pig Trail Harley Davidson provided.
