If you like LOUD music and some pretty good food. This is the place. Waitress are good with hand gestures and pointing at the menu. We got the grilled chicken and my partner the French Toast. We came for brunch (11-3) and car cruise in. The band was 20 decibels louder than the unmufflered race car I drove. But they were good.

The service here was fast & friendly! Our waitress was pretty cool. The food was just ok. It lacked flavor. The only thing bursting with flavor were the gator bites but they were a bit chewy. The wings could’ve been cooked a bit longer but were ok. All of our dishes were pretty bland (the rice bowl, gator nachos, & chicken nachos)…the pico on the nachos was barely there. The drinks were decent. Overall it was an ok experience. I’d give them a second shot for sure.

Was staying in town for the week, so I decided to stop in and try out the Fried Gator Bites and a slice of Key Lime Pie. Both plates were phenomenal in my experience! A very friendly local atmosphere. The live music was enjoyed while eating. Bar staff was very friendly, outgoing and attentive to catering to customers promptly as well. Great drinks! All in all, I will definitely come back next time I’m in Collierville TN. Thank you for giving me a great first impression, Rockhouse Live! Take care

The atmosphere is open with jukebox music playing. There’s a stage though there was no performer at the time of my visit. The server was friendly and made suggestions to help us since we were first timers. The food was passable and presentation was nice. It came out nice and hot and quickly. The gator was chewy and overcooked. Cute new option in Collierville but I’m in new hurry to return.

I really wanted to like this place, but I think they still have bugs to work out. We’ll try them again a little later. The server was good, but the food needs some work. We had over-fried tenders, greasy bread, and the 3 people I was with all said it was just ok. We weren’t there when there was music – and will be back when they do. It seems like it would be a fun place for that, but not necessarily a place just for good food… yet.

Came hungry, left hungry!! The gator bites were good but not for the amount we were given for the price. I wish I had taken a picture of it. A handle of pieces for $14! My husband thought we were being punked. The mushroom burger was bland and small. I didn’t finish it. My husband got the gator tacos which needed more substance to it. We came on a Thursday night before karaoke started so it was relatively tame. Our waitress was cussing with a group… save your money and don’t come here!!

The atmosphere was amazing!!! Once we finally got service, it was good service…my only complaint is that when the hostess sat us outside, she apparently didn’t let any servers know…and there was a server that was coming in and out serving another table outside, but never asked us if we were being helped…after about 25 min I asked another server if she could help us…I also didn’t like that we couldn’t sub out the pickles on our sampler platter, but oh well…we shut the place down and made some cool friends…we will def be back!!!

I came in the last two Saturday nights and it was some of the worst service I have ever had in my 40 years of going to bars! The bartender Rebecca was rude and not nice, drinks were horrible, and very small also the barback , older guy was the rudest I have ever met! I asked for a manager but was told they didn’t know where he was ! The food was OK, the chicken tenders were burnt and not edible!
