There was a piece of long curly brown hair on my shrimp in my $90 seafood boil. The flavor also was not as great as the Waldorf location. Very disappointing as when I dined in I had a better experience versus taking out. Will never be returning as I spent a lot of money for it to be a nasty piece of hair and bland flavor . There were also no gloves when the front person said she put some in bag:

OMGOOODNESSSS!!!! 1st time here, Will definitely be back. I ordered Combo B (Shrimp w/o head (1lb) & Snow Crab Legs also 1lb w/ boiled eggs (2) corn and potatoes…. Delicious , couldn’t even finish it all…All for a little ova $50… ($60 w/tip)…Stick a folk in me…Cause I’m done

I have been to this location a few times for take out, but this past weekend my partner got food poisoning from the shrimp boil. I am very disappointed because I liked the seafood here and he also enjoyed it… but literally about an hour after eating it he was complaining about a stomach ache and has been sick for the past 3 days. While he is starting to feel better, this obviously put a very bad taste in our mouths. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I first tried the restaurant in a different location, and was hoping it would be the same for their newest location, and my hopes came true. What they do with the seafood is unbelievable, it is always piping hot, the flavors are out of this world, for anyone who has not been here yet, I suggest getting the rockin bomb with medium spice, you will leave full, happy, and licking your fingers. The staff here are very friendly and often check on you to see if you need anything, I feel prices are very reasonable, and please come here, they have a lot of seating and need the extra mouths to feed!

Love picking up my seafood bag. It’s always hot, and very tasty. When my daughter comes to visit we get a seafood bag, we enjoy rocking bomb mild sauce.

As soon as we came into the restaurant we were greeted with a smile by the most enthusiastic young lady!❤️.. This really set the tone for the whole evening; my family’s appetizer and drink order was taken promptly and everything was PERFECT after that! The food was delicious and perfectly cooked.

My first time ordering from this restaurant.I did an order to go. The hostess/cashier was very nice and professional. I wasn’t impressed with the food. I don’t think I will be back. Ordered: Fried Shrimp and Calamari. The hushpuppies wasn’t cooked all the way.

Broth is SUPER watery & PURE salt. Was suppose to be “cajun”, but simply, literally just salt water. Lobster tails were very TOUGH & RUBBERY, super overcooked. Shrimp also still had the intestinal track on the back! Hook & Reel will blow this place off the map! Wanted give them a try & boy was I let down. Bag was $66 btw!
