Always a fantastic place when I visit town. Mike the bartender was attentive and watching him run half the dining room was a site to see. The fish tacos and copper amber we great! As always I’ll be back hungry to see what new they have cooked up on the menu. Great job guys! Keep it up!

I had dinner here this week on Wednesday at 6 pm. The restaurant wasn’t that busy but was way understaffed. The service was terrible. It took 10 minutes to get water and to order. The food did come out fast once we ordered but we needed more attention. I ordered calamari and asked that it NOT BE OVER FRIED. Guess what? Came out super crispy- they ruined it Also a rip off for the $15.50 and portion size, see picture. The dinner salad was skimpy on the chicken I added but good otherwise. I’d suggest eating somewhere else in this area. There’s too many better places for superior food near Park Meadows than here.

8/14/23 I have to edit my original review. Below is my original review. Unfortunately, we quit going. It really went down hill lately. The food isnt as good and it takes forever to get service. It’s so unfortunate.

I used to really like the Rock Bottom near my house in Tampa. Decent food and a tasty double IPA. It’s a chain so food and beer options are pretty universal. When I popped into the Lone Tree location for lunch I was shocked to see how much higher the prices are. I’m not sure if that’s across the board or just Colorado vs Florida prices. Two meals, two beers each, and we were at $100 with tip.

Before I review the food let me advise the place is not wheelchair accessible, except for outside which is too hot in summer. Only elevated booths & bar height tables available which doesn’t work for my daughter’s wheelchair.

The fam and I stopped in for some late lunch, the place was pretty dead but somehow our waitstaff was hardly around not even for a drink refill. The restaurant itself was dirty and has a lingering foot odor especially in the unclean cloth on the booths (talk about stinky ). Our booth seats were completely detached from their bases so every time we shifted, our seats did too! I ordered just a burger, which was super dry and had a weird taste, the bun was as hard as a rock. The beer menus on the walls are a joke you can’t even read what they have, IF they have anything at all.

Don’t recommend, service was extremely slow and unenthusiastic, even with it being pretty empty at noon on a Saturday. My drink was empty and I waited for a refill for 15 min. Food was expensive for its quality. Took forever to get the appetizer to the table. Food was hot which was good. But overall was very disappointed in the experience.

We used to go to the RB in Maryland and have occasionally been to the one in the Springs and loved it. We’ve been to this location a few times but our most recent visit about a month ago was disappointing. The chicken wings were more like chicken jerky and the carrots and celery that came with it were past their prime. Plus they looked like they were just scraps not like the nicely cut sticks that you normally get with wings. We split a burger which was decent but not at the level that we are used to from this location in the past and others we’ve visited elsewhere. The bar staff was friendly and attentive given how busy they were (it was a Nuggets playoff game night). Haven’t totally written this location off but will wait a bit before we try again in the hopes that the back of the house learns to step up their quality control.

Went to a different location about a year ago and it was awesome; not this one and not this time. Waiter was terrific!! Food was mostly meh- it took a long time for the food to arrive, orders were wrong, my fries were hot but my hamburger was cold and tasteless, a few of us ordered brussel sprouts but could hardly eat them as not cooked properly, non-spicy kid wouldn’t eat chicken strips as they were tasteless, jalapeño slaw good, deviled eggs bland, etc….but most of us left food behind because it was so meh that we didn’t want to eat any more of it. I was embarrassed that we brought out of town guest there. *Edit* My husband told me later that the men’s bathroom was filthy, like it hadn’t been cleaned for days, so I lowered our rating for atmosphere. I appreciate that the manager replied to the review but I have no desire to return there to find out if anything was corrected.*

We used to go to Rock Bottom Brewery in a different location (California) quite a bit, as we really enjoyed it there. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t quite hold up to our experiences as much. We got a brisket sandwich and a chicken fried chicken and both were a bit dried out and touch overpriced for the portion sizes. We also found it a bit tough to talk, as they had the sport channels cranked a bit loud, even though there wasn’t a game on for half the time we were there.
