Not great. Service was slow, food wasn’t good. Worst chicken salad I’ve ever had. After we ate the bartender Amanda wouldn’t come give us our check. Had to go to bar to get check. Waited at least 20 minutes. Bartender Amanda was too busy talking to her friends who were very loud and yelling profanities. She was rude and not welcoming at all. She just hung out behind the bar talking to her friends instead of being a server/bartender. Wont be back. Music was also very loud for diner time. Last time we were there it was busy, food was good, and service was decent. Not this time. Sad to say we won’t be back and won’t recommend to others.

Our food was aweful and cold. One of my friends had to wait for his meal as we ate ours. The chili was a strange brown and they don’t know how to put salt and pepper on meats before they cook it. My tea tasted like water and my friends “chips” were burnt dark brown . If the waitress were competent she would quality check meals before she serves them.

I really like this place! The well mannered staff were not only quite friendly and very helpful without being pushy, but the prices seemed reasonable given the drinks we were served and the comfortable atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.

Worst service my boyfriend and I have ever had. Our server, Amanda had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever had from a waitress. She never said hi or gave her name (had to look on the receipt for her name) or asked how we’re doing, etc which is just common practice you’d expect in a hospitality industry when your server first comes over. We waited at least an hour for 2 salads during a relatively normal looking service, not super busy, plenty of open tables. She forgot the ranch dressing twice and had an attitude when I had to wave her over. What REALLY put the nail in the coffin for me was when I watched her go around and ask all her other tables how they were doing, but walked right past ours. I was livid. Had serious attitude again when she asked if we wanted our check. Never once asked if our meals were okay, just snatched the dishes and ran. Another server ended up finally bringing out check because ours probably couldn’t be bothered. Never once tried to redeem herself by apologizing for the wait or saying have a good night, etc. honestly, bad service I can forgive if the server is at least nice and is doing her best. You never know, maybe it’s her first serving job, but when someone is rude and clearly isn’t even trying, that’s when I can’t excuse that. Don’t be in the restaurant business if you can’t handle basic manners and customer service. Never going back, did not tip. Again her name is Amanda.

This place was great. A group of us were riding motorcycles and stopped in for a quick bite. The best part was the bartender. She was top notch and wasn’t afraid to joke along with us. This would have been during the Steelers game on 9/18/22. If you’re her boss give this young lady a healthy raise! She deserves it.

They should offer half star, that’s about all this establishment deserves. The owner stands around and does absolutely nothing expect peek into the restaurant side and see that he’s seating full capacity and not one table has food. Server can’t get orders right or refill drinks. Once you get your food might as well forget about another check-in with your server. Wasn’t asked if I wanted a refill while I ate. Take your money and go support another local business that cares about their customers.
