Very good Mexican food. A wide variety to choose from, everything was authentic, and staff were extremely accommodating. We even help them create a new drink that all the staff loved. Thank you for an awesome evening.

Food was ok, a little pricey. Service was average. It’s a bit loud inside the restaurant and very hot…not sure they have A/c. I’d try again, but wasn’t blown away.

I have been coming to Roccio’s since it opened. The family who owned and operated the restaurant were lovely and the food tasty. On a recent visit, things seemed a little off. There were all new faces and someone seemed to have dropped the salt shaker in the food. The fish tacos had always come on blue corn tortillas and this time they came on normal ones. The total bill for two entrees and a couple of margaritas with tip approached $100. Now after reading reviews, it appears the place has been sold and I am not the only one to note the decline. It’s too bad – this was a great neighborhood spot.

The food and service was amazing. The salsa was definitely in my top five favorite mild salsa I have had. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was hot and fresh, cooked to perfection, and very well priced. I would suggest this to any locals or people just passing through as a must try.

My friend and I absolutely love the food here. We sat outside on a gorgeous day. She kept saying, it’s so fresh, it’s so fresh. We wanted something healthy and we got what we wanted and a delicious Margarita.

PERFECT drinks, food and service! It really sucks walking out a place with bad drinks and bad food with a bill for $68.99 feeling like you were ripped off and didn’t even catch a buzz or get good food. The food 10/10 here and drinks 10/10. I’m coming back often and hopefully it’s always like this

The food is good, but not worth the prices. What ticked me off was it said happy hour outside from 3-6 and when we went in on the menu the happy hour is 330-530. That doesn’t work well and especially when you can’t get service immediately due to staffing shortages and whatnot

Alll the food was Microwaved, completely inedible just very frustrating! If you take over a good business you shouldn’t run it into the ground by serving old food! The beans had a crust on them when they came out. Rice was hard and gross. The carnitas were disgusting also microwaved so hard weird meat. The tortillas were microwaved so all soggy. The kids meal chicken tenders and fries looks better at Mc Donald’s. And the salsa was watery. Plus I’m pretty sure my waitress was so high she could barely keep her eyes open. Plus we were the only ones there and there was at least 5 people working and the service was still unbelievably slow! The only thing that was good was my can of white claw! Will never go back I literally have a stomach ache.

I have been here a few times and really enjoy it. Located right off Gladstone in a quaint neighborhood setting. Outdoor seating is sidewalk style but on nice days they also will have the large garage style windows open so you can sit inside and still enjoy the nice weather. The staff is always very friendly. Don’t expect the huge plates with rice, beans and tons of cheese typical at Mexican restaurants. Most meals are ala carte. They have a great drink menu that includes a few mescal options.

I’m not normally one to post reviews, but felt compelled to after a recent visit here. I don’t know what happened but things have gone seriously downhill. We used to come often, and the food this time was not the same at all. It seems others have had a similar experience based on recent reviews. I read that there was an ownership change…and the owner is claiming the recent bad food is due to the old recipes – which is sort of comical because we loved those recipes and our recent experience was NOT a reflection of how good Rocio’s used to be. I understand that ownership change can cause hiccups but please just continue Rocio’s the way it was before.
