This spot is pretty awesome! Open late and food is always hot. Feel like it might be cooked to order. We ALWAYS get the carne asada fries with pico de gallo and it’s a HUGE portion and so good! I ordered the tacos once per my child’s suggestion and they were great! I think the fried fish one was my favorite. We also order the rolled tacos (forgive me. The name is escaping me at this moment) and they are always hot and fresh. This is definitely our go to spot for these particular dishes.

Authentic Mexican cuisine that a former Texan considers the best in Colorado Springs. The Gordo Burrito combines steak, chicken, and shrimp with potatoes and white cheese in a deliscious homemade flour tortilla with a red sauce that you can’t get at the supermarket. It is a bigger meal than I want to eat. Although, I was unable to stop until I finished it. It is an excellent meal for two. My wife had the street tacos, which were very good; however, the Gordo Burrito is life changing. She was a bit jealous of my Gordo Burrito.

I’ve never been to a Rocha’s until a couple of weeks ago and I’ve been here at least 5 times since then. Everything has always been hot, fresh, and delicious. And any employee I’ve come into contact with has been super friendly!
